Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ Հայոց բանակի կազմավորման 27-ամյակի առթիվ: Այսօր մեր բանակը մարտունակ է ու կայացած: Լինելով Հայաստանի և Արցախի ժողովուրդների անվտանգության հուսալի երաշխավորը՝ այն նաև տարածաշրջանային կայունության շատ կարևոր բաղադրիչ է: Այո՛, այսօր մենք ունենք հաղթանակած բանակ, բայց մենք պետք է շարունակենք հետևողականորեն բարձրացնել մեր զինված ուժերի մարտունակությունը, դարձնել այն 21-րդ դարի ռազմաարդյունաբերական պահանջներին համապատասխանող միավոր՝ ավելի արդիական և շատ ավելի ուժեղ: Տոնական այս օրը մենք պարտավոր ենք ևս մեկ անգամ վերհիշել մեր բոլոր այն ազատամարտիկներին, զինվորներին ու սպաներին, որոնք իրենց կյանքը չխնայեցին հայրենիքի, ժողովրդի և այսօրվա բանակի կայացման համար: Հավերժ փա՛ռք նրանց հիշատակին: Հայոց բանակի 27-ամյա հոբելյանի առթիվ սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ մեր քաջարի զինվորներին՝ շարքայինից մինչև հրամանատարասպայական կազմ, բոլոր նրանց, որոնք իրենց ներդրումն են ունեցել հայկական բանակի կազմավորման, նրա կայացման ու հզորացման գործում: Առանձնահատուկ երախտագիտությունս եմ հայտնում առաջնագծում կանգնած մեր բոլոր տղաներին, մեր թիկնունքն անառիկ պահող հերոսներին: Մեր զինվորներին մաղթում եմ բարի ծառայություն, նրանց ծնողներին, հերոսներ ծնած բոլոր մայրերին՝ համբերություն, հայոց երկրի սահմաններին՝ անառիկ ամրություն ու խաղաղություն: Կեցցե՛ Հայաստանի հաղթանակած բանակը: Աստված պահապա՛ն մեզ բոլորիս:
