Ն. Ս. Օ. Ս. Տ. Գարեգին Բ Ամենայն Հայոց կաթողիկոսը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել բանակի օրվա առիթով։ Ուղերձում ասվում է. 

«Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնից Բանակի օրվա առիթով Հայրապետական Մեր օրհնությունն ենք բերում Հայոց Բանակի քաջարի սպաներին ու զինվորներին և համայն մեր ժողովրդին:

Այս տոնական օրը մեր հոգիները լցվում են հպարտության զգացումով, քանզի մեր հաղթական Բանակը արի ոգով պաշտպանում է մեր հայրենիքի սահմանները՝ իր մշտարթուն ու խիզախ ծառայությամբ մեր կյանքում բերելով օրինակը հայրենասիրության ու պատասխանատվության: 

Մենք հավատում ենք, որ Հայոց Բանակի տոնը փառապանծ ու հերոսական հիշատակներով մեր ժողովրդի յուրաքանչյուր զավակի պիտի զորացնի իր պարտքի մեջ հայրենիքի հանդեպ: Բանակի տոնը պատգամ է մեր ժողովրդին՝ տոգորվելու հաղթանակների վստահությամբ, ջանք ու ավանդ բերելու Հայաստանի ու Արցախի շենացմանն ու զարգացմանը և իրագործելու առաջընթացի ու ազգային զարթոնքի մեր տեսիլքները: Մեր հայրենաշեն գործերը պիտի պանծացնեն նաև հիշատակը իրենց կյանքը հայրենիքին զոհած հերոսների:

Աստվածակառույց Մայր Տաճարի Սուրբ Սեղանի առջև Մեր աղոթքն ու մաղթանքն է, որ Ամենախնամ Տերը Իր շնորհների և օրհնության ներքո պահպանի մեր Բանակի սպաներին ու մարտիկներին`զորացնելով ամուր հավատքով, ուժ ու կորով պարգևելով իրենց պանծալի ծառայության մեջ և նպատակների իրագործում ու երջանկություն՝ իրենց կյանքում:

Թող Տիրոջ խաղաղությունը հաստատվի աշխարհում, խաղաղ ու ապահով շենանա և զորանա հայրենի մեր երկիրը և աշխարհասփյուռ մեր ժողովուրդը:
