Ինչպես հայտնի է, տոնական օրերի ցանկում կա մի տոն, որը կոչվում է Ինտերնետի օր, բայց չարժե ուշադրությունից դուրս թողնել եւս մեկը, թեեւ այն բավական արտասովոր տոն է՝ ԱՌԱՆՑ ինտերնետի միջազգային օրը (International Internet-Free Day), գրում է Calend.ru-ն։  http://www.calend.ru

Այն նշվում է ամեն տարի հունվարի վերջին կիրակի օրը։ Գլխավոր նպատակը մարդկանց համակարգիչներից եւ գլոբալ ցանցից շեղելն է թեկուզեւ մեկ օրով, որպեսզի այդ օրն ապրեն բացառապես «իրական» աշխարհում, շփվեն այլ մարդկանց հետ «դեմ առ դեմ» կամ իրենց նվիրեն սիրելի հոբբիին (իհարկե, չկապված ինտերնետի հետ)։

Այս տոնն իր պատմությունն սկսում է 2000-ականներից, նախաձեռնողն է Բրիտանական սոցիալական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտն՝ ըստ մի վարկածի, իսկ ըստ մեկ այլ վարկածի՝ այն հիմնել է բրիտանական ոչ առեւտրային «DoBe.org» օնլայն նախագիծը։ ԱՌԱՆՑ ինտերնետի միջազգային օրվա կազմակերպիչներն են դարձել ակտիվ օգտատերերը։ Ակնհայտ է, որ այն ժամանակ ինտերնետ օգտատերերի թիվը զգալիորեն քիչ էր եւ նրանց հեշտ էր «կտրել Համաշխարհային սարդոստայնից», որպեսզի պարզապես իրականում շփվեն ընկերների հետ։ Տասը տարում օգտատերերի թիվն ավելացել է, ըստ որոշ տվյալների՝ 5 անգամ, մինչեւ 3 մլրդ մարդ, իսկ ինտերնետը մտել է զարգացած երկրների բնակիչների մեծամասնության կյանք՝ թափանցելով բոլոր ոլորտներ։

Ամենամյա միջոցառումները, որոնք տեղի են ունենում աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում ԱՌԱՆՑ ինտերնետի մօջազգային օրը, վկայում են, որ թեման տարեցտարի ձեռք է բերում ավելի մեծ հրատապություն։ Չէ՞ որ այս ակցիաների կազմակերպիչներն ընդգծում են, որ իրենք չեն պայքարում համաշխարհային ցանցի դեմ եւ այն վատ բան չեն համարում։ Նրանք պարզապես ուզում են նորից հրավիրել մարդկանց, առաջին հերթին՝ երիտասարդության ուշադրությունը, որ իրական աշխարհում նույնպես հետաքրքիր ու հրապուրիչ շատ բաներ կան։
