POLITICSՍտրասբուրգից Երեւան ուղեւորության ճանապարհին ինձ հայտնի դարձավ, որ այսօր վաղ առավոտյան մահացել է Նուբարաշեն ՔԿՀ-ում կալանավորված, 44 օր հացադուլի մեջ գտնվող եւ միայն վերջին օրերին հացադուլից դուրս եկած Մհեր Եղիազարյանը։ Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանը:
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է.
Որպես նախկին իրավապաշտպան եւ փաստաբան, միեւնույն ժամանակ խորապես մտահոգ եմ հետեւյալ հարցերի կապակցությամբ եւ հետամուտ ենք լինելու դրանց լուծմանը․
• 44 օր հացադուլի մեջ գտնվող անձի առողջական վիճակի վատթարացումը չէր կարող աննկատ մնալ այն մարմինների համար, որոնք պարտավոր էին ապահովել նրա կենսաապահովման պայմանները։ Հետեւաբար, առաջանում է հիմնավոր կասկած, որ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի պաշտոնատար անձանց մոտ առկա է առնվազն անփույթ եւ ամենաթող վերաբերմունք սեփական պարտավորությունների կատարման ոլորտում, ինչը հանգեցրել է անդառնալի հետեւանքների։ Անհրաժեշտ է այս գործի ամբողջական եւ բազմակողմանի հետաքննություն, մեղավոր անձանց հայտնաբերում եւ պատասխանատվության ենթարկում, որպեսզի ապագայում բացառվի նման ողբերգական դեպքերը։
• Մհեր Եղիազարյանը մեղադրվում էր գույքային բնույթի հանցագործություն կատարելու մեջ։ Արդյոք բավարար են եղել կալանքը՝ որպես խափանման միջոց, ընտրելու միջնորդության հիմքերը։
• Արդյոք ԱԺ երկու պատգամավորների խափանման միջոցը փոխելու երաշխավորությունները եւ գրավի միջնորդությունը պատշաճ քննության առարկա են դարձել:
• Արդյոք քրեական հետապնդում իրականացնող մարմինները, տվյալ պարագայում՝ քննչական մարմինը, պատշաճ ջանասիրություն է ցուցաբերել Մհեր Եղիազարյանի գործով նախաքննությունը ողջամիտ ժամկետներում ավարտելու ուղղությամբ, որպեսզի բացառվեր մեղադրյալի՝ կալանքի տակ անհարկի մնալը։
Համակ ուշադրությամբ հետեւելում եմ այս գործով բոլոր մանրամասներին։ Պետք է ամեն ինչ անել, որ պատկան մարմինները ձեռնամուխ լինեն այս ողբերգական դեպքի մեղավորների հայտնաբերման եւ պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու ուղղությամբ։
