Երևի բիձայացել եմ, ներվերս չի հերիքում, պետք ա արձագանքեմ...

Էն որ ցուցակներ եք հրապարակում ու փնթփնթում՝ թե բա այ խերսոններ, չեք տեսնում երկրում ինչեր ա փոխվել, հայ - հարայ, երեսունհինգ բան ա փոխվել, ու ասենք, նշում եք, որ Մարալիկում ջրամբար ա նորոգվել ու, ասենք, Ալենավանի խմելու ջրի հարցը լուծվել ա, դա փոփոխություն չէ, կառավարության ամենօրյա պարտականություն է...

Բոլոր իշխանությունների օրոք ինչ որ բան երկրում մեկ վատանում է, մեկ լավանում, գներ են էժանանում, երբեմն՝ թանկանում, փողոցներ են նորոգվում, համակարգեր են լավանում կամ վատանում, բայց դրանք որպես երկրում փոփոխությունների ալիք ներկայացնելը պարզագույն մտավարժանք է...

Իշխանության փոփոխությունից հետո, հարգելի փոքրիկ իշխաններ, որպես իրավիճակի փոփոխության լակմուսի թուղթ դիտարկվում են ռեֆորմներն ու համակարգային բարեփոխումները, ամբողջական ենթակառուցվածքների բարելավումները, ոչ թե Քայլստան գավառի Ռնգեղջյուր գյուղի մսուրի տանիքի վերանորոգումը...
