Աստղաբաշխական՝ 2-7 մլն պարգևավճարներ ՀՀ Ֆինանսների նախարարությունում

Պետբյուջեից պետական գերատեսչությունների հատկապես բարձրաստիճան ղեկավարությանն աստղաբաշխական թվերով պարգևատրումների թեման իրավացիորեն հասարակության լայն շերտերի դժգոհությունն է առաջացրել։ Օրեր առաջ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանը քաղաքապետարանի տասնյակ աշխատակիցների պարգևատրելու համար քաղաքային բյուջեից 2018 թվականին 474 մլն դրամ կամ 974 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար է հատկացրել: Դրան հետևեց ՀՀ պետեկամուտների կոմիտեի պարգևատրումները, որոնց համաձայն՝ ՊԵԿ ղեկավարությունը և նրանց հետ իշխանության եկած պաշտոնյաները հսկայական պարգևավճարներ էին ստացել՝ 1,5 մլն դրամից մինչև 9,6 մլն դրամի հասնող։ Պարգևատրումների թեման շարունակում է հանրության ուշադրության կենտրոնում մնալ: Հարցին անդրադարձել են երկրի բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը, իշխանությունները՝ սկսած վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից:

Պետական կառույցներում պարգևատրումները, որպես կանոն, համարվում են նորմալ պրակտիկա: Սակայն, ինչպես ժողովուրդն է ասում, ամեն ինչ չափի մեջ է գեղեցիկ։ 168.am-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը (ՖՆ) ևս որոշել է այս հարցում առաջատար դիրքեր գրավել և գործընկերներին չզիջել: Մասնավորապես, նախարարության մեր աղբյուրները հայտնում են, որ դեկտեմբերին աշխատավարձերը և պարգևատրումները իրար մեջ հետևյալ կերպ են բաշխվել.

1. Ֆինանսների նախարար Ատոմ Ջանջուղազյան՝ 5 մլն 480 հազար դրամ,

2. Ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Արման Պողոսյան՝ 5 մլն 22 հազար 100 դրամ,

3. Ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Կարեն Բրուտյան (Ատոմ Ջանջուղազյանի սանիկը)՝ 7 մլն 017 000 դրամ,

4. ՖՆ գլխավոր քարտուղար Վազգեն Հարությունյան՝ 4 մլն 819 000 դրամ,

5. Ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Արմեն Հայրապետյան՝ 2 մլն 522 000 դրամ,

6. ՖՆ գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալ Արման Ադիլխանյան՝ 3 մլն 497 000 դրամ,

7. ՖՆ բաժնի պետ Վահագն Արշակյան՝ 2 մլն 735 000 դրամ,

8. ՖՆ պետգնումների վարչության պետ Սերգեյ Շահնազարյան՝ 3 մլն 309 000 դրամ,

9. ՖՆ բյուջետային գործընթացի կառավարման վարչության պետ Լալա Անանիկյան՝ 3 մլն 619 000 դրամ,

10. ՖՆ մամլո քարտուղար Աննա Վարդանյան՝ 2 մլն դրամ,

11. Ֆինանսների նախարարի օգնական Տաթևիկ Պետրոսյան՝ 2 մլն 577 000,

12. ՖՆ բաժնի պետ Էդգար Մկրտչյան (ՖՆ նախարարի սանիկի քրոջ որդին)՝ 2 մլն 725 000 դրամ,

13. ՖՆ ֆինանսաբյուջետային վարչության պետի տեղակալ Վարուժան Բադանյան՝ 3 մլն 236 000։

Նկատենք, որ պարգևավճարները երբեք այսքան բարձր չեն եղել որևէ գերատեսչությունում, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունում:
