Պետությանը պատճառված 2 մլրդ դրամից 700 մլն-ը վերականգնվել է․ Զինդատախազության արդյունքները
POLITICSԶինդատախազության կողմից արձանագրված խախտումներով պաշտպանության բնագավառում պետությանը պատճառված ավելի քան 2 միլիարդ դրամ վնասից մոտ 700 միլիոն դրամը վերականգնվել է։
Գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից հայտնում են, որ 2018թ․ ընթացքում ՀՀ զինվորական կենտրոնական դատախազության պետական շահերի պաշտպանության բաժնի և կայազորային ստորաբաժանումների կողմից իրականացվել է 391 ուսումնասիրություն, որոնցից 287 դեպքում կամ 73 տոկոսի պարագայում արձանագրվել են խախտումներ: Պետությանը պատճառված գույքային վնասի չափը կազմում է 2.062.426.795 ՀՀ դրամ: Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ նախորդող տարվա ընթացքում 2017 բացահայտված՝ պետությանը պատճառված վնաս իչափը կազմել է 1.805.202.342 դրամ: 2018թ. ընթացքում վերականգնվել է 679.995.540 դրամը, որը 2.3 անգամ ավելի է 2017թ. ցուցանիշից (294.507.920 դրամ):
Իրականացված ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքների հիման վրա հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի տարբեր հոդվածներով հարուցվել է 58 քրեական գործ։
Հարկ է ընդգծել, որ միայն զինվորական կենտրոնական դատախազության պետական շահերի պաշտպանության բաժնի կողմից հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում իրականացված 43 ուսումնասիրություննների արդյունքում արձանագրված 42 խախտման դեպքերով (2017թ.` 21) հայտնաբերվել է պետության գույքային շահերին պատճառված 1.803.945.459 դրամի վնաս, որը կազմում է հայտնաբերված վնասի չափի մոտ 90 տոկոսը: Դրանից վերականգնվել է 587.459.012 դրամը, որը կազմում է վերականգնված գումարի չափի 86 տոկոսը։
Պետական շահերի պաշտպանության բնագավառում դատախազական գործառույթների իրականացմամբ հայտնաբերված բոլոր այն դեպքերում, երբ առկա են եղել պետական շահերի պաշտպանության հայց հարուցելու բավարար հիմքեր, ՀՀ զինվորական կենտրոնական դատախազության պետական շահերի պաշտպանության բաժնի և կայազորային ստորաբաժանումների դատախազները «Դատախազության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 29-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հիմքով, մինչև հայց հարուցելը, պետական շահերին վնաս հասցրած սուբյեկտներին նախազգուշացրել են կամովին հատուցել վնասը:
Ներկայացվել է նման 94 նախազգուշացում, որոնց արդյունքում վերականգնվել է պետությանը պատճառված 178.590.645 դրամի վնաս, որի 98 տոկոսը, վերականգնվել է ԶԴ պետական շահերի պաշտպանության բաժնի կողմից ներկայացված 12 նախազգուշացման արդյունքում։
