Մինչ այս պահը ՀՀ նախագահը վարչապետից Մհեր Ենոքյանին հարցին առնչվող որևէ առաջարկ չի ստացել. պարզաբանում
SOCIETYՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի աշխատակազմն արձագանքել է ցմահ դատապարտյալ Մհեր Ենոքյանի ներման հարցին, որը հասարակական մեծ հնչեղություն էր ստացել։
Նախագահի աշխատակազմի պարզաբանումն ամբողջությամբ ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.
«Հաշվի առնելով, որ հասարակական հնչեղություն ստացած՝ ցմահ դատապարտյալ Մհեր Ենոքյանի ներման հարցը, ինչպես նաև՝ 1996թ. սպանված Իոսիֆ Աղաջանովի հոր՝ Երևանի պետական բժշկական համալսարանի բիոքիմիայի ամբիոնի վարիչ, պրոֆեսոր Միխայիլ Աղաջանովի՝ Հանրապետության նախագահին ուղղված հանդիպման խնդրանքը քննարկվում են զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցներում, և ի պատասխան բազմաթիվ հարցումների՝ հայտնում ենք, որ Հանրապետության նախագահին ուղղված բաց նամակի և դիմումի մասին զեկուցվել է նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանին: «Ներման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 5-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն, Ներման հարցերի քննարկման խորհրդակցական հանձնաժողովը վարչապետին է ներկայացնում եզրակացություն ներման խնդրագրի վերաբերյալ, որից հետո վարչապետը Հանրապետության նախագահին ներկայացնում է ներման խնդրագիր ներկայացրած անձին ներում շնորհելու կամ ներման շնորհումը մերժելու մասին առաջարկություն:
Մինչ այս պահը Հանրապետության նախագահը բարձրացված հարցի վերաբերյալ որևէ առաջարկություն վարչապետից չի ստացել: Այս մասին Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարը տեղյակ է պահել նաեւ Ելենա Աղաջանովին՝ նրա հետ հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում»:
