Մանվել Գրիգորյանը լրատվամիջոցի է դատի տվել. 3 մլն դրամի փոխհատուցում է պահանջում

Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի որոշմամբ օրերս կրկին կալանավորված գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը քաղաքացիական հայց է ներկայացրել ընդդեմ «Մաքսինֆո» լրատվական կայքի՝ իր պատվին, արժանապատվությանը պատճառված վնասի հատուցման պահանջով: Այս մասին NEWS.am–ի հետ հետ զրույցում ասաց Մանվել Գրիգորյանի ներկայացուցիչ, փաստաբան Կարեն Ղոնյանը:
Փաստաբանը նշեց, որ հայցադումում ներկայացնելու պատճառը «Մաքսինֆո» կայքում հրապարակված՝ «Առեւտուր թուրքերի հետ․Մանվել Գրիգորյանի մասին եւս մեկ աղմկահարույց բացահայտում» վերնագրով նյութն է, որում նշված է եղել, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը ժամանակին թուրքերին է վաճառել Վազգեն Սարգսյանի կողմից իրեն հանձված 1500 գլուխ ոչխար: Հոդվածի հերոսը՝ Անահիտ Մնացականյանի պատմում է, որ իր ամուսինը ՝ Կարեն Զարբաբյանն, ով 1990–ականներին զբաղեցրել է Սիսիանի ներքին գործերի բաժնի պետի պաշտոնը, ականատես է եղել այդ «գործարքին»։
Նշենք, որ Գրիգորյանը լրատվամիջոցից, որպես փոխհատուցում պահանջել է 3 մլն դրամ։
Ղոնյանը նշեց, որ դատարանը, եթե բավարարի իրենց հայցը և պարտավորեցնի կողմին վճարել պահանջված փոխհատուցումը, այդ գումարը կուղղեն բարեգործությանը։
Գործը մակագրվել է Երեւան քաղաքի դատարանի դատավոր Արթուր Ստեփանյանին։
