Տոտալ վերահսկողություն կառավարության աշխատակազմում
POLITICSԹվում էր՝ անցյալ տարվա իշխանափոխությունից հետո գոնե խոսքի ու տեսակետի ազատության առումով առաջընթաց կարձանագրվի, և նոր իշխանությունները չեն բռնանա մարդկանց կարծիքների վրա: Սակայն, «Փաստ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով, կառավարության աշխատակազմը ամենայն մանրամասնությամբ վերահսկում է իր աշխատակիցների ֆեսբուքյան կյանքը՝ ընդհուպ նրանց «լայքերն» ու «շեյրերը»՝ ով ինչ գրեց, ում գրածի տակ մեկնաբանություն թողեց, ում գրածը հավանեց, ովքեր հավանեցին նրա գրածը և այլն:
Առավել «ուշադրության» են արժանանում հատկապես այն աշխատակիցները, որոնք, այսպես կոչված, համարվում են նախորդ իշխանություններին «սպասարկողներ», նախորդ իշխանությունների ժամանակներից «մնացուկներ» կամ ուղղակի նախորդ «ռեժիմի ստրուկներ»: Մեր աղբյուրները պնդում են, որ աշխատակազմում կա հստակ հաստիքով ֆիքսված աշխատակից, ով ստանձնել է այդ դերն ու վերահսկում է այս ամենը: Եթե որևէ մեկի ֆեյսբուքյան «կյանքում» անցանկալի երևույթներ են նշմարվում, տվյալ անձին նախ հորդորում են ուղղակի չակտիվանալ այդ հարթակում կամ սեփական տեսակետը չհայտնել, իսկ հետո արդեն հասկանալի է՝ կիրառվում են համապատասխան քայլերը: Կարճ ասած՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմը «խոշորացույցով» «շրջում է» Ֆեյսբուքում, հատկապես պետական ծառայողների էջերում, և փորձում կանխել անցանկալի որևէ շարժ:
