«Բացահայտված» Մարտի 1–ն ու պրոպագանդան
ANALYSISՀանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում նախօրեին ցուցադրվեց Տիգրան Պասկևիչյանի «Հայաստանի կորսված գարունը» ֆիլմը, որը պատմում է Մարտի 1–ի և դրան հաջորդած դեպքերի մասին: Ֆիլմի ցուցադրությունը անուղղակի պատասխանն է «5–րդ ալիքով» ցուցադրված «Մարտի 1–ի գործը» ֆիլմին, որի շուրջ բավական շատ քննարկումներ եղան վերջին օրերին: Վերջինս բավականաչափ քննադատվեց մի կողմից Պասկևիչյանի ֆիլմի առանձին կադրեր օգտագործելու, մյուս կողմից էլ բանախոսներից որոշների խոսքերը մոնտաժելու համար: Մեծ հաշվով, սակայն, ֆիլմի հասցեին հնչող քննադատության հիմքում առավելապես դրա ենթադրյալ կապն էր Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հետ:
Ինչևէ: Անկախ այն հանգամանքից, թե ինչպիսին էր «Մարտի 1–ի գործը» ֆիլմը, ինչպիսին է դրա փաստական կամ գեղարվեստական արժեքը, այն, այնուամենայնիվ, ցուցադրվել է մասնավոր հեռուստաընկերությամբ, ի տարբերություն Պասկևիչյանի ֆիլմի: Ֆիլմերից որևէ մեկը խիստ սուբյեկտիվ գնահատմամբ կարելի է համարել ավելի համակրելի, ավելի մեծ գեղարվեստական արժեք ունեցող: Բայց, անկախ գնահատականներից, Պասկևիչյանի ֆիլմը ցուցադրվել է Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությամբ:
Սա նշանակում է, որ Հ1–ը շարունակում է մնալ իշխանական «պրոպագանդայի» դրոշի ներքո: Գուցե սա որևէ զարմանք չի պատճառում՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ նախկինում էլ էր այդ դրոշը ուղեկցում Հանրայինին, ապա առավել զարմանալի է, որ իշխանությունները որոշում են նման արագությամբ ու նման ձևով պատասխանել Քոչարյանի հետ կապ ունեցող ֆիլմին: Սա մի կողմից: Մյուս կողմից էլ, եթե մի կողմ դնենք այն հանգամանքը, որ ֆիլմը ցուցադրվել է Հանրայինով, ապա ստացվում է, որ Մարտի 1–ի վերաբացված գործը, որն, ըստ Փաշինյանի, վաղուց արդեն բացահայտված է, դուրս է գալիս իրավական, դատական համակարգի շրջանակներից ու դառնում բացառապես քարոզչական խնդիր: Ընդ որում, կոնկրետ իշխանական քարոզչության խնդիր: Եթե Մարտի 1–ի գործն իսկապես բացահայտված լիներ, ապա դժվար թե իշխանությունն աճապարեր մասնավոր հեռուստաընկերությամբ հեռարձակված մասնավոր ֆիլմին արձագանքել մեկ այլ մասնավոր ֆիլմի հեռարձակմամբ, սակայն Հանրայինով: Ակնհայտ է, որ ինչպես այլ աղմկոտ դատավարություններով, այնպես էլ Մարտի 1–ի գործով իրավիճակը լճացել է ու առկախվել խափանման միջոցի անվերջ փոփոխություններից:
