VIDEOԵրևանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանը «Քաղաքաշինություն» ՓԲԸ-ի աշխատակազմին է ներկայացրել ընկերության տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Արմեն Գևորգյանին:
Քաղաքապետարանի մամուլի ծառայությունից հայտնում են, որ ընդգծելով քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության կառուցվածքային ստորաբաժանումների աշխատանքի կարևորությունը՝ քաղաքապետ Մարությանն արդար ու թափանցիկ գործելաոճ է պահանջել:
«Բազմիցս այս ՓԲԸ-ի մասին լսել եմ բացասական լուրեր: Դա նշանակում է, որ ներսում եղել են գործառույթներ, գործողություններ, որոնք ընդհանրապես չեն համապատասխանում մեր նոր Հայաստանի պահանջներին: Նկատի ունեմ, որ բոլոր պրոցեսները պետք է լինեն թափանցիկ, ընկերությունը պետք է հաշվետու լինի մեր քաղաքացիներին և բոլոր գործընթացներին պետք է քաղաքացիները տիրապետեն՝ ինչ է կատարվում, ոնց է կատարվում, ինչ գումարների մասին է խոսքը: Բացի դրանից, շատ լավ գիտեմ, որ կային ինչ-որ կից ՍՊԸ-ներ, որոնք սպասարկում էին այս ՓԲԸ-ն: Այսինքն այն գործը, որը պետք է ընկերությունն աներ, ուղարկում էին ինչ-որ ՍՊԸ-ների մոտ, որոնք, ի դեպ, ներսի մարդկանց բացած ընկերություններն էին և այդ ընկերությունները գումարներ էին աշխատում քաղաքացիների հաշվին: Էս պրակտիկան այսուհետ վերանում է»,- նշել է քաղաքապետը:
Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի «Քաղաքաշինություն» ՓԲԸ-ն իրականացնում է գեոդեզիայի (տարածքների չափագրում), գլխավոր հատակագծերի, ինչպես նաև ինքնակամ շինությունների մասնագիտական եզրակացությունների տրամադրման ու մի շարք այլ գործառույթներ:
«Սահմանված ժամկետներում՝ որակյալ աշխատանք: Բնակչությունը պետք է գոհ մնա ընկերության աշխատանքից ու սպասարկումից». Երևանի քաղաքապետը ներկայացրել է այն հիմնական պահանջները, որոնց շրջանակում էլ այսուհետ իր գործունեությունը կշարունակի ծավալել ընկերությունը:
«Ես ուղղակի թույլ չեմ տա, որ քաղաքապետարանի հետ կապված ինչ-որ մի ՓԲԸ-ի մասին խոսակցություն լինի, որ այդտեղ կոռուպցիա կա: Մենք ուշի-ուշով հետևելու ենք ընկերության գործունեությանը և, եթե մեկ ահազանգ եղավ, որ ինչ-որ մի պրոցես կա, վստահեցնում եմ ձեզ, մինչև վերջ ես գնալու եմ՝ պարզելու համար՝ ինչ է եղել, ով է եղել և ինչպես է եղել: Առանց հապաղելու, վստահեցնում եմ նաև, որ քրեական գործեր են հարուցվելու, իսկ ես միշտ ասել եմ, որ չեմ ուզում, որ նման դեպքեր ունենանք»,- ընդգծել է Հայկ Մարությանը:
