POLITICSԱդրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի հետ հանդիպումներն ու քննարկումները բանակցային գործընթացի պաշտոնական մեկնարկ ու պաշտոնական հանգրվան չեն: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 23-ին, Facebook-ի իր էջւ ուղիղ եթերում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով նախօրեին Դավոսում Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հետ իր 1,5 ժամ տեւած հանդիպմանը:
«Ինչ վերաբերում է Դավոսի հանդիպմանը, ապա Դավոսի կազմակերպիչներ իմանալով, որ երկուս էլ էստեղ ենք, հարցրել են, թե արդյոք դեմ չենք շփմանը, մենք ասել ենք՝ դեմ չենք: Ադրբեջանի նախագահն էլ է նույնը ասել եւ ոչ պաշտոնապես հանդիպել, քննարկել ենք: Հանդիպման հիմքը եղել է այն պայմանավորվածությունը, որ եթե առնվազն նույն տեղում ենք գտնվում, առնվազն չենք խուսափում հանդիպումներից: Ես նկատի ունեմ, որ մեր պայմանավորվածությունները այնպիսին են, որ եթե որեւէ հանդիպմանը դեմ դիմաց դուրս գանք, պետք է 2 բառ փոխանակենք, խոսենք»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:
Անդրադառնալով հանդիպման բովանդակությանը, ՀՀ վարչապետն ասաց.
«Ըստ էության մեր երեք հանդիպումների ժամանակ մենք ավելի շատ քննարկում ենք բանակցային գործընթացի պատմությունը: Այսինքն երբ ինչ տեղի ունեցավ, երբ ինչ իրավիճակ էր եւ այդպես շարունակ: Իհարկե, քննարկում ենք նաեւ հնարավորությունները, թե ինչ պայմաններ, հնարավորություններ, ինչ անհնարինություններ կան կարգավորման կոնտեքստում: Ոչ մի էսպես կոնկրետ դետալ չենք քննարկում, մենք ուղղակի մտքեր ենք փոխանակում: Սա ինչ-որ առումով մտքեր փոխանակելու, բանակցային գործընթացի փոխադարձ ընկալումներին ծանոթանալու հնարավորություն է»:
Փաշինյանն ընդգծեց, որ քննարկումների առանցքը այն ամենն է, ինչի մասին ինքը խոսում է նաեւ հրապարակային. «Այս առումով կարեւոր եմ համարում արձանագրելը, որ ընդհանրապես լինում են դեպքեր, մեկնաբաններ, ուժեր, գործիչներ, որոնք փորձում են մեր հանրությանը ներշնչել, որ ինչ-որ դավադրությունների մասին, դավադրությունների տեսություններ կառուցել: Ես հույս ունեմ, որ այս պայմանավորվածությունը մեր մեջ մեկընդմիշտ է, որ դավադրություններ մեր մեջ լինել չեն կարող: Աբսուրդ է անգամ մտածել այդ մասին:
Դա իրավիճակի չընկալման հետեւանք է, որ որեւէ մեկը մտածում է, որ մեր կառավարությունը կարող է եւ ես անձամբ որեւէ դավադրության մեջ ներգրավվեմ կամ ներքաշվեմ: Իհարկե, հասկանալի է, որ երբ խոսում են երկու երկրների ղեկավարներ, նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը խոսում է իր պետության, իր ժողովրդի շահերի դիրքերից: Այլ կերպ մտածելը իրավիճակի թյուրըմբռնման հետեւանք է»,-ընդգծեց ՀՀ վարչապետը:
