ECONOMICSԱրժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամը նվազեցրել է գլոբալ աճի կանխատեսումները, իսկ ամբողջ աշխարհում ընկերությունների ղեկավարների հարցումը ցույց է տվել գործարար շրջանակների առաջնորդների միջեւ ուժգնացող հոռետեսությունը` առեւտրային լարվածության եւ անորոշությունների ֆոնին, որով բնութագրվում է Դավոսում մեկնարկած Համաշխարհային տնտեսական համաժողովում ստեղծված իրավիճակը, հաղորդում է Reuters-ը:
Շվեյցարական Դավոս քաղաքում համաժողովի մեկնարկի նախօրեին հրապարակված ԱՄՀ-ի նոր հոռետեսական կանխատեսումներն ընդգծեցին այն խնդիրները, որոնք ծառացել են այն պաշտոնյաների դեմ, որոնք բախվել են արդեն ծագած եւ պոտենցիալ ճգնաժամերի՝ ԱՄՆ-Չինաստան առեւտրական պատերազմից մինչեւ Brexit։
«Դա նշանակու՞մ է արդյոք, որ համաշխարհային անկումը սարերի հետեւում չէ: Ո՛չ։ Սակայն գլոբալ աճի ավելի կտրուկ անկման վտանգը, անկասկած, մեծացել է», - ասել է նա՝ կոչ անելով պաշտոնյաներին պատրաստվել « լուրջ դանդաղեցման»:
Համաշխարհային տնտեսության վիճակի վերաբերյալ World Economic Outlook զեկույցում ԱՄՀ-ն նշում է, որ 2019թ․-ին համաշխարհային տնտեսության աճը կկազմի 3,5 տոկոս եւ 2020թ․-ին` 3,6 տոկոս, ինչը 0,2 եւ 0,1 տոկոսային կետով ցածր է, քան հոկտեմբերի կանխատեսումը:
Կանխատեսումների կրճատումը հիմնականում արտացոլում էր Եվրոպայում ցուցանիշների նվազման նշանները, այդ թվում` Գերմանիայում՝ ավտոմեքենաների վնասակար արտանետումների մակարդակի որոշման նոր ստանդարտի ներդրումից հետո, եւ Իտալիայում, որը ճնշման ենթարկվեց Եվրոպական միության հետ վերջերս բյուջետային առճակատման պատճառով:
ԱՄՀ-ն ռիսկերի թվում նաեւ առավել էական է նշել, քան սպասվում էր, Չինաստանի տնտեսության աճի դանդաղումը եւ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի՝ Եվրամիությունից դուրս գալու հավանականությունը` առանց դաշինքի հետ համաձայնության՝ հաղորդելով, որ այդ գործոնները կարող են մեծացնել ֆինանսական շուկաներում փոփոխականությունը:
Ընկերությունների ղեկավարներն ավելի վատատես են դարձել գլոբալ տնտեսության հեռանկարների հարցում՝ առեւտրային վեճերի եւ առաջատար տերությունների միջեւ լարվածության պայմաններում․ սա են ցույց տվել PwC միջազգային աուդիտորական կազմակերպության կողմից անցկացված հարցման արդյունքները:
PwC- ի հարցումը, որին մասնակցում էին շուրջ 1400 ընկերությունների ղեկավարներ, ցույց է տվել, որ հարցվողների 29 տոկոսը սպասում է հաջորդ 12 ամիսների ընթացքում համաշխարհային տնտեսության աճի դանդաղման, ինչը 2012 թ-ից ամենաբարձր ցուցանիշն է:
ԱՄՀ-ն իջեցրել է եվրագոտու եւ զարգացող երկրների տնտեսական աճի կանխատեսումները՝ պահպանելով ընթացիկ տարում 2.5 տոկոսով ԱՄՆ-ի ՀՆԱ աճի կանխատեսումը:
Հիմնադրամը նաեւ անփոփոխ է թողել Չինաստանի տնտեսության 2019 եւ 2020թթ․ 6.2 տոկոս աճի կանխատեսումը, սակայն հաղորդել է, որ տնտեսական ակտիվությունը կարող է չբավարարել ակնկալիքները, եթե առեւտրային հակամարտությունները շարունակվեն՝ չնայած նույնիսկ այն բանին, որ իշխանությունները փորձում են խթանել աճը բյուջետային ծախսերի ընդլայնման եւ բանկային վարկավորման հաշվին :
