Արյունը հորդալու է Երևանի փողոցներով. Գուրգեն Եղիազարյանը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մասին
VIDEOԱԱԾ նախկին պետի տեղակալ Գուրգեն Եղիազարյանը նշեց՝ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին ազատ կարձակեն, քանի որ հավատում է նրա փաստաբաններին։ Բացի այդ, այդպես մտածելու հիմքերից մեկն էլ ՀՀ վարչապետի և ԱԱԾ պետի, ՀՔԾ և ԱԱԾ պետերի միջև տեղի ունեցած հայտնի ձայնագրություններն են, որոնց գաղտալսողները մինչ օրս չեն բացահայտվել, և ըստ Գ. Եղիազարյանի՝ ոչ էլ բացահայտվելու են։
«Հայտնի ձայնագրություններից պարզ երևում է, որ ամենի ինչի հետևում մեկ մարդ է կանգնած՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Այս ձայնագրություններից հայտնի դարձավ, որ դատարանների հետ կապված ցանկացած հարց լուծում է մեկ մարդ՝ Ն. Փաշինյանը։ Թե ինչու է նա ընկել միայն Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հետևից, ժամանակի ընթացքում կպարզվի, բոլորս էլ գիտենք, որ այս արեգակի տակ որևէ բան գաղտնիք չի մնում։ Մինչև վերջ պետք է գնան, գուցե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մեծ նախագծի միայն փոքր հատվածն է»,- լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նշեց Գ. Եղիազարյանը։
Անդրադառնալով ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանին՝ նա նշեց, որ նրան անձամբ բաց է թողել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
«Եթե ինչ-որ դատավորի մտքով անցներ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին հենց այնպես բաց թողնել, դուք պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ուղիղ եթերով ինչ հայտարություններ էր անելու՝ մեկը մյուսին հաջորդող։ Համացանցը կլցնեին ելույթներով։ Մանվելին բաց են թողել ոչ թե այն պատճառով, որ նա հիվանդ է, այլ այստեղ խնդիրն այլ հարթությունում է՝ Նիկոլին օդի նման անհրաժեշտ է, որ նա ամբողջ դատական համակարգը հանի փողոց, որպեսզի այդ վճիռները 1936 թվականի նման լուծվեն՝ ոչ թե դատական ակտերով և դատարանի դահլիճում, այլ՝ փողոցում»,- ասաց Գուրգեն Եղիազարյանը։
Նա նաև հավելեց, որ այսօր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «դիրքը մի քիչ վատ է, իսկ երբ տեղը ամրացնի, արյունը հանելու է փողոց».
«Ասել եմ՝ ինչ է անելու՝ արյունը հորդալու է Երևանի փողոցներով։ Նա պետք է անընդատ կիսավախեցած վիճակում լինի, որ դրան չհասնի»։
Գերագույն խորհրդի նախկին պատգամավոր Ազատ Արշակյանն էլ անդրադառնալով Սամվել Մայրապետյանի գործի հետ կապված Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի կայացրած որոշմանը, նշեց, որ, եթե որևէ կազմակերպություն Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը չի հիշում դրականով ու գովեստով, նշանակում է՝ վատ է։
«Կարծում եմ՝ սա մեզ համար դաս էր, որ այսուհետև նախապատվությունը պետք է տանք մարդասիրությանը»,- շեշտեց Ա. Արշակյանը։
