ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր, գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի կնոջ՝ Նազիկ Ամիրյանի պնդմամբ դատարանն իր ամուսնուն կրկին կալանավորելու որոշում է կայացրել «փողոցի թելադրանքով»։ NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում, մեկնաբանելով դատարանի որոշումը, Նազիկ Ամիրյանն ասաց.
«Էս երկրում արդար դատավոր չկա, էս երկրում արդարադատություն չկա և բոլորը ենթարկվում են փողոցին, ուրիշ բան չեմ կարող ասել»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Արսեն Նիկողոսյանը բավարարել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության բողոքն ու որոշում կայացրել կրկին կալանավորել Մանվել Գրիգորյանին։ Դատարանը միևնույն ժամանակ մերժել է պաշտպանական կողմի ներկայացրած՝ Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ գրավը թույլատրելի ճանաչելու դատարանի որոշումը։
Նշենք, որ Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը դեկտեմբերի 21–ին որոշում է կայացրել 25 մլն դրամ գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակել գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին։ Այս որոշումը դատախազությունը բողոքարկել էր Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը կալանավորվել է հունիսի 19-ին`Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Մարինե Մելքոնյանի որոշմամբ: Գրիգորյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ապօրինի կերպով ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու եւ նրա կնոջ` Նազիկ Ամիրյանի, դստեր` Այծեմնիկ Գրիգորյանի, Էջմիածին քաղաքի բնակիչներ Սեյրան Ազարյանի, Արմեն Հակոբյանի եւ այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ իրեն պատկանող առանձնատներում պահելու համար, ինչպես նաեւ՝ մի խումբ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ յուրացման եղանակով իր վստահությանը հանձնված առանձնապես խոշոր չափի ուրիշի գույք հափշտակելու համար:
