INTERNATIONAL NEWSՀՀ ՔԿ Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ դիտավորությամբ մեկ ուրիշին ծանր մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2019 թվականի հունվարի 21-ին՝ ժամը 4:55-ին, Մասիսի բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժին հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ «ձախ աճուկային շրջանի ծակած-կտրած վերք, ներքին արյունահոսություն» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել Մասիս քաղաքի՝ 1998 թվականին ծնված բնակչուհի:
Դեպքի առթիվ Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ Մասիս քաղաքի Հերացու փողոցի վերջնամասում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ընթացքում Երևան քաղաքի 20-ամյա բնակչուհին դանակով հարվածել է հասակակից աղջկան՝ վերջինիս պատճառելով ծանր մարմնական վնաս:
21.01.2019 թվականին ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը հայտնաբերվել է, տվել ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունք:
Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է ստորագրություն՝ չհեռանալու մասին:
Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող սև գույնի ծալովի դանակը:
