Նոր Հայաստանի մարզպետների կողմից դրամական ինքնախրախուսանքը շարունակում է մնալ հանրության ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Այսպես՝ Կոտայքի մարզպետ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանն իր տեղակալներին, նրանց օգնականներին, մարզպետարանի վարչության պետերին դրամական խոշոր պարգևատրումներ է տվել: «Հետք»-ը ուշագրավ տեղեկություններ է հրապարակել՝ որոշակի վերլուծությունների հիմք ստեղծելով։ Ընդամենը երեք ամիս աշխատող Արմավիրի մարզպետը ավելի առաջ է գնացել՝ պարգևատրելով ինքն իրեն։ Մարզպետ Համբարձում Մաթևոսյանն իր՝ դեկտեմբերի 25-ի կարգադրությամբ, աշխատավարձի ֆոնդի տնտեսված միջոցների հաշվին միանվագ դրամական պարգևատրմամբ խրախուսել է իրեն, տեղակալներ՝ Ալեքսանդր Ղուկասյանին և Կարեն Գրիգորյանին, օգնականներ՝ Խաչիկ Ինջյանին, Արմինե Գալստյանին և խորհրդական Նվեր Պետրոսյանին, ինչպես նաև մարզպետի տեղակալի օգնական Վիկտորյա Գալստյանին, ով մարզպետի օգնական Արմինե Գալստյանի քույրն է: Նույն ձեռագրով իր աշխատակիցներին պարգևատրել է նաև Երևանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանը՝ ավելի հեռուն գնացող ապօրինություն կատարելով։ Նա հրաժարվում է հրապարակել պարգևատրվածների ցուցակը։ Աչքի է ընկել նաև Սյունիքի մարզպետ Հունան Պողոսյանը, ով  2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 25-ին երկու կարգադրությամբ Սյունիքի մարզպետարանի առանձին աշխատակիցներին խրախուսել է դրամական պարգևով:
Ինչպես երևում է՝ նոր իշխանությունները որևէ ձևով չեն ցանկանում հետ մնալ նախորդներից:Հիշում ենք՝ սեփական անձի հանդեպ տածած մեծ սիրով աչքի էր ընկնում նաև Երևանի նախկին քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը: Վերջինս ինքն իրեն Ամանորի նախաշեմին պարգևատրում էր մեկ ամսվա աշխատավարձով: Բնապահպանության նախկին նախարար Արամ Հարությունյանն էլ ժամանակին իրեն պարգևատրել է ոսկե մեդալով՝ բնապահպանության բնագավառում նշանակալի ներդրում ունենալու համար: Ինչպես ասում են՝ գտեք երեք տարբերություն:
 
Սակայն ՔՊ-ական մարզպետների չտեսությունը պետք է դիտարկել նաև այլ հարթության մեջ: Շատերի մոտ տարակուսանք է առաջացել, թե ինչու վարչապետ Փաշինյանը այս հանրային լայն ռեզոնանս առաջացրած հարցին անդրադառնալու փոխարեն իր ուղիղ եթերում որոշեց Կապուտիկյան ասմունքել: Այսօր էլ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության ղեկավար Լիլիթ Մակունցը հայտարարեց, որ մարզպետների պարգևատրումը օրենքի շրջանակում էր: Այս ամենից հետո մնում է ենթադրել, որ նորաթուխ ֆեոդալների դրամական ինքնախրախուսումները պայմանավորված էին վերջին խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանակ Փաշինյանին մատուցած ծառայություններով: Վերոնշյալ բոլոր մարզերում Փաշինյանի թիմը լավ ձայներ է հավաքել և միակ հարցը, որ դեռ մնում է՝ այն է, թե արդյո՞ք աշխատանքի նման բարձր գնահատականը եկել է վերևներից, թե՞ մարզպետներն իրենք են որոշել փոխհատուցել իրենց՝ նախընտրական քարոզարշավի օրերին տարված քրտնաջան աշխատանքի դիմաց...
