Արտաշատում շաուրմայից լցոնման կաղամբի աղցանում մանրեաբանական խախտումներ են հայտնաբերվել. ՍԱՊԾ
SOCIETYՕրերս սննդային թունավորման կասկածանքով Արտաշատի բժշկական կենտրոն էին տեղափոխվել 10 քաղաքացի, որոնց հետ զրույցից պարզվել էր, որ վերջիններս սկսել են վատ զգալ Արտաշատի «ԱԳԱ ֆուդ կորտ» հանրային սննդի կետից պատվիրված հավի շաուրմա ուտելուց հետո: Այս մասին հայտնում են Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունից։
Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի աշխատակիցները վերահսկողական գործողություններ են իրականացրել հիշյալ հանրային սննդի կետում և, թունավորման պատճառը պարզելու նպատակով, նմուշներ վերցրել այնտեղ առկա` շաուրմայի լցոնման համար նախատեսված հավի մսից, մայոնեզից, կետչուպից և բանջարեղենային աղցանից:
Լաբորատոր փորձաքննության արդյունքում շաուրմայի լցոնման համար նախատեսված կաղամբով աղցանում հայտնաբերվել են մանրէաբանական անհամապատասխանություններ աղիքային ցուպիկի խմբի մանրէներ (ԱՑԽՄ), մեզոֆիլ աէրոբ և ֆակուլտատիվ անաէրոբ մանրէներ (ՄԱՖԱՄ), եշերիխիա կոլի և ոսկեգույն ստաֆիլակոկ ցուցանիշներով: Առկա են եղել նաև խմորասնկեր և բորբոսասնկեր:
«ԱԳԱ ֆուդ կորտ» հանրային սննդի կետի աշխատակիցներից երկուսը չեն անցել նախնական և պարբերական բժշկական զննություն և չեն ունեցել սանիտարական գրքույկներ:
