Որպես կասկածյալ այսօր՝ հունվարի 21-ին, ձերբակալվել է Երեւան քաղաքի Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանում գործող «Լապտերիկ» մանկապարտեզի տնօրեն Գայանե Հ.-ն:

Shamshyan.com-ի  փոխանցմամբ, նրա նկատմամբ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ քր .օր-ի 179 հոդվածի (յուրացում) 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով։

Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի 6-րդ գլխավոր վարչությունում 2018 թվականին օպրատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ նշված մանկապարտեզում կատարվել եւ կատարվում է խոշոր չափի չարաշահումնր։

Ոստիկանները, իսկ հետո Էրեբունու քննիչները հսկայածավալ օպերատիվ եւ պրոֆեսիոնալ աշխատանքների արդյունքում բազմաթիվ փաստեր են հայտնաբերել, ինչն էլ հիմք է դարձել, որ այսօր տնօրեն Գայանե Հ.-ն ձերբակալվի։

Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով՝ տնօրենի գիտությամբ ու թույլտվությամբ մանկապարտեզի երեխաներին, որոնց թիվն անցնում է 120-ը, սնունդը մաս-մաս է արվել եւ տեղափոխվել նրա ընտանիքին պատկանող Ջրվեժում գործող ռեստորանային համալիր։ Էրեբունու քննիչները նրա աշխատասենյակում հայտնաբերել են հերթական սնունդը, որը պետք է տեղափոխվեր նրա մատնանշված վայր։

Քննիչները պարզել են նաեւ, որ տնօրենը յուրացման եղանակով հափշտակել է մանկապարտեզում հրամանագրված, սակայն փաստացի չաշխատող անձանց անվամբ փոխանցված առանձնապես խոշոր չափի՝ 13 մլն դրամ գումար։

Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով՝ նրա ամուսինն աշխատում է վերահսկիչ պալատի 4-րդ վարչության պետ, ընտանիքի անդամներն էլ բոլորը պաշտոնյաներ են։ Նաեւ հիմնավորվել է, որ տնօրենը յուրացման եղանակով հափշտակել է մանկապարտեզի սաներին հատկացված իրեն վստահված սննդամթերքից։
