SOCIETYՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ուղերձ է հղել հայ ականավոր բանաստեղծուհի Սիլվա Կապուտիկյանի 100-ամյակի առթիվ:
Վարչապետի ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, ասված է.
«Հայ ականավոր բանաստեղծուհի Սիլվա Կապուտիկյանի ծննդյան 100-րդ տարեդարձը հրաշալի առիթ է հիշելու, գնահատելու հայ մեծ մտավորականին, ինչպես նաև երախտագիտության ու մեծարանքի խոսքեր հնչեցնելու նրա հասցեին։
Դեռևս քսան տարեկանում գրական շռնդալից մուտքով նա դարձավ շատ գրասերների ուշադրության և հիացմունքի առարկան, իսկ 24 տարեկանում գրած «Խոսք իմ որդուն» ստեղծագործությամբ արդեն ձեռք բերեց համազգային ճանաչում և ընդունելություն։ Այս պատգամ բանաստեղծությունն ինչ-որ տեղ դարձավ հայրենասիրության և հայապահպանության դրոշ ու կարգախոս թե' մայր հայրենիքում, թե' սփյուռքում։
Դեռևս հեռավոր 1959 թվականից նա լծվեց Արցախի իրավունքների պաշտպանության դժվարին գործին՝ հստակ գիտակցելով, որ փշոտ է լինելու ազատության ճանապարհը։
