«Ի պաշտպանություն Արցախի Հանրապետության» կազմկոմիտեի անդամները հարգանքի տուրք մատուցեցին Բաքվի հայկական ջարդերի զոհերի հիշատակին
INTERNATIONAL NEWS«Ի պաշտպանություն Արցախի Հանրապետություն» կազմկոմիտեի անդամները հունվարի 19-ին Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիրի տարածքում գտնվող Բաքվի հայկական ջարդերի զոհերի հիշատակը հավերժացնող հուշակոթողի մոտ հարգանքի տուրք մատուցեցին ջարդերի զոհերի հիշատակին:
Հայաստանի առաջին օմբուդսմեն Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը նշեց, որ Բաքվում Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացված այդ ցեղասպանական գործողություններին անհրաժեշտ է տալ իրավական գնահատական:
«Մենք պետք է պահանջենք, որ 7-րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովը օր առաջ ուսումնասիրի այս հարցը և հայտարարի մի շարք լսումներ, որի արդյունքում կընդունվի փաստաթուղթ, որում կտրվի իրավական և քաղաքական գնահատականը, այն է` համապատասխան ՄԱԿ-ի ցեղասպանության կանխարգելման և դրա համար պատժի կոնվեցիայի համաձայն՝ Ադրբեջանում այդ բոլոր գործողությունները որակել որպես ցեղասպանություն»,- ասաց Ալավերդյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` մինչ օրս Ադրբեջանի վարած ցեղասպանական քաղաքականությունը չի փոխվել: «Այն ինչ Ադրբեջանը սկսել էր տարիներ առաջ իրականացնել չի համարվում ավարտված: Դրա մասին են վկայում Հայաստանը գրավելու Ալիևի հավակնությունները: Դա ծրագիր է, որը Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացվում է քայլ առ քայլ»,- ասաց Ալավերդյանը:
1990 թվականի հունվարի 13-19-ին տեղի է ունեցել Ադրբեջանի ժողովրդական ճակատի (ԱԺՃ) կազմակերպած և իշխանությունների կողմից հովանավորված հայերի ջարդեր Բաքվում: Հակահայկական հիստերիայի ալիք բարձրացել էր դեռևս 1988-ի դեկտեմբերի վերջին և 1989-ի հունվարի սկզբին: 1990-ի հունվարի 13-ին բազմահազարանոց հանրահավաքից հետո ամբոխը խմբերի բաժանված, նախանշված հասցեներով ներխուժել է հայերի բնակարանները և սկսել ծեծ ու բռնարարքներ, մարդկանց դուրս նետել պատուհաններից, սպանել երկաթե ձողերով ու դանակներով, բռնաբարել կանանց, շատերին ողջակիզել: Ջարդերը շարունակվել են 6 օր: Կարգուկանոնը վերականգնելու պատրվակով միայն հունվարի 19-ին, երբ վտանգվել է խորհրդային իշխանությունը Բաքվում, Միխայիլ Գորբաչովը հրամանագիր է ստորագրել Բաքվում արտակարգ դրություն մտցնելու մասին: Զինված դիմադրության ժամանակ սպանվել են մեկ տասնյակից ավելի գրոհայիններ, շատերը ձերբակալվել են: 1990-ի հունվարի 13-19-ի ջարդերից հետո հայաթափվել է Բաքուն (շուրջ 250 հզ. հայ) սպանվել և անհայտ կորել են հազարավոր հայեր:
