«Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարությունը շարունակում է հարձակումները Ադրբեջանի դեմ»
INTERNATIONAL NEWSHaqqin.az–ը գրում է, որ Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը շարունակում է Ադրբեջանի վրա հարձակումները` ռուսաստանաբնակ հայազգի քաղաքացիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցում: Մի քանի օր առաջ Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան փաստորեն մեղադրել էր Ադրբեջանին այն բանում, որ նա խախտում է Ռուսաստանի հայերի իրավունքները, որոնց պահել են Բաքվի օդանավակայանում և հետո դեպորտացիայի ենթարկել: Դրանից հետո ՌԴ ԱԳՆ–ն նոտա է հղել ՌԴ–ում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանատուն՝ կապված Ադրբեջանի օդանավակայաններում Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ խտրական վերաբերմունքի հետ: Հիմա էլ ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն է հարձակվել Ադրբեջանի վրա՝ մտահոգված Ադրբեջանում ձերբակալված Մարատ Ուելդանով–Գալստյանի ճակատագրով: Հիշեցնենք, որ Ադրբեջանում ձերբակալվել է Ռուսաստանի հայազգի քաղաքացի Մարատ Ուելդանովը, ով մեղադրվում է Քրեական օրենսգրքի 234.4.3 հոդվածով (մեծ քանակությամբ թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի ձեռքբերում, արտադրություն, պահում և տարածում): Դատարանի որոշմամբ նա դատապարտվել է 8 տարվա ազատազրկման: Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հույս է հայտնել, որ Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցությունների արդյունքում Մարատ Ուելդանով–Գալստյանը կարող է վերադարձվել Ռուսաստան: Ըստ նրա, բոլոր երկկողմանի շփումների ընթացքում պարբերաբար բարձրացվում են տարբեր երկրներում, այդ թվում` ԱՊՀ երկրներում ծանր վիճակում հայտնված իրենց քաղաքացիների հետ կապված հարցերը: Լավրովը նշել է, որ այս թեման շոշափվել է նաև ադրբեջանական գործընկերների հետ վերջին բանակցությունների ժամանակ: Ինքը հույս ունի, որ իրավական նորմերի հիման վրա ընդունված որոշումների պահպանման շնորհիվ հնարավոր կլինի հասնել «բավարար արդյունքների», և արդյունքում Ռուսաստանի այդ քաղաքացին կվերադառնա հայրենիք։
