Երեկ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ հունվարի 22–ին կկայանա ԵՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նիստը: Եվ ահա, երեկ պարզվեց, որ այսօր կկայանա նաև Հայաստանի պետական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի խորհրդի նիստ, որի օրակարգի երկու հարցերից մեկը վերաբերում է խորհրդի նախագահի և քարտուղարի ընտրությանը: Ընդ որում, տարօրինակ է, որ այս մասին տեղեկատվությունը հրապարակվեց, այսպես ասած, վերջին պահին: Ընդհանրապես, այս նիստի հետ կապված առկա էր ինչ-որ գաղտնիության քող: Ավելին, երեկ գոնե ժամը 19-ի դրությամբ հայտնի չէր խորհրդի կազմը: Հնարավոր է՝ բուհի հետ կապված մի շարք սկանդալային հրապարակումներից և արդեն նախկին ռեկտոր Կորյուն Աթոյանի հրաժարականից հետո որոշել են հնարավրինս քիչ ուշադրություն գրավել:

Մեր տեղեկություններով, ուշագրավ վիճակ է նաև ուսխորհրդի՝ այսօր կայանալիք նիստին մասնակցության առումով: Որոշ մասնագետների համոզմամբ, թեպետ 2010թ. հոկտեմբերի 28–ին «Բարձրագույն և հետբուհական կրթության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում կատարված փոփոխությամբ պահանջվում էր, որ բուհերի ուսխորհուրդները ձևավորվեն ու գործեն կառավարության լիազոր մարմնի՝ ՀՀ ԿԳՆ կողմից հաստատված կանոնադրության հիման վրա, որոշ ուսխոհուրդներ այս պահանջը չեն կատարել: Մասնավորաբար, ըստ մեր զրուցակիցների, ՀՊՏՀ ուսխորհուրդը գործում է դեռևս 1996թ. ԵրԺՏԻ–ի գիտխորհրդի կողմից հաստատված կանոնադրությամբ:

Ի դեպ, երեկ, մինչ թերթը տպագրության հանձնելը, որպես ՀՊՏՀ խորհրդի նախագահի թեկնածու, մեր տեղեկություններով, շրջանառվում էր միայն մեկ անուն՝ ՀՀ վարչապետի խորհրդական Մեսրոպ Առաքել յանի անունը:
