Համայնքապետն ու իր եղբայրը խայտառակ արեցին-թողեցին Երանոսյաններին

«Ստից խոսում է Սամվել Գալստյանը: Բնակիչներն ամեն ինչից բողոքում են՝ թե՛ բարոյահոգեբանական մասով, թե՛ ասֆալտապատման, թե՛ մյուս խնդիրների: Մեր գյուղում խայտառակ իրավիճակ է: Ես մասնագիտությամբ հաշվապահ եմ ու իր համար մեկ թշնամին եմ 2016 թ.-ից երբ դարձել եմ ավագանու անդամ: Բառիս բուն իմաստով՝ թալանով է զբաղվել, իմ օրոք մի քիչ ավելի քիչ է արել, վերահսկել եմ»,- այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արմավիրի մարզի Ջրառատ համայնքի ավագանու անդամ Աննա Մանուկյանը, անդրադառնալով ՀՀ Ոստիկանության ներքին զորքերի նախկին հրամանատար Լյովա Երանոսյանի քրոջ որդու՝ Ջրառատի համայնքապետ Սամվել Գալստյանի գործունեությանը:
Ավագանու անդամը հերքում է համայնքապետի այն հայտարարությունները, որը երեկ վերջինս մեզ հետ զրույցում է արել: Ըստ Աննա Մանուկյանի՝ եթե ինչ-որ մեկը աթոռի է հավակնում՝ դա հարցի մյուս կողմն է: «Մեր գյուղապետը բոլորի վզին պատիժ է: Որ ուզում եք իմանաք՝ Լյովա Երանոսյանը ոչ մի կապ էլ չունի իրենց հետ, համայնքապետն ու իր եղբայրը խայտառակ արեցին-թողեցին Երանոսյաններին: Ինչ վերաբերում է մարզպետի հետ երկվա հանդիպմանը, ապա նրա համար միևնոույնն է, թե ով կլինի համայնքապետ, կարևորը՝ ժողովրդի իրական թեկնածուն լինի»,-նշեց ավագանու անդամը:
Ջրառատի ավագանու մյուս անդամ Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում մանրամասնեց, որ համայնքապետ լինելու համար անհրաժեշտ գիտելիքները Սամվել Գալստյանը չունի. «Փորձում է որոշ գործեր կատարել, բայց այդ աշխատանքների համար գումարները չեն համապատասխանում իրականում պահանջվող գումարին, այսինքն՝ օրինակ՝ մանկապարտեզը ջեռուցելու համար անհրաժեշտ մեկ միլիոն դրամի փոխարեն՝ համայնքապետն ասում է՝ մի քանի հարյուր հազար դրամ ավել պետք է լինի: Իր ղեկավարման տարիներին մեր համայնքը միայն հետընթաց է ապրել»,-ասաց նա:
Ավագանու անդամ Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը մանրամասնեց, որ 750-ից ավել ստորագրություն է հավաքվել, ինչը վարչապետի հայտարարության համաձայն (ընտրության ժամանակ ստացած ձայների 50+1% հավաքելու դեպքում համայնքապետը հրաժարական կտա)՝ բավարար է, որպեսզի համայնքապետը հրաժարականի դիմում ներկայացնի: Վերջինս հավելեց նաև, որ նա ևս մասնակցել է ստորագրահավաքին:
Ավագանու մեկ այլ անդամ՝ Վաղարշակ Սիմոնյանն էլ իր հերթին նշեց, որ գյուղում տարրական անհրաժեշտության որևէ բան չկա. «Համայնքապետը մատների արանքով է նայում ավագանու անդամներիս, մեր կողմից բարձրացրած խնդիրներին ընդհանրապես չի անդրադառնում: Չգիտեմ, թե որն է իր նպատակը»:
