ECONOMICS2019 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից առանց մաքսատուրքերի ու հարկերի վճարման ներմուծվող ապրանքների արժեքային չափը կրճատվել է 3 անգամ, իսկ կշիռը՝ 2 անգամ: Այս մասին այսօր մամուլի ասուլիսին ասաց Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Դավիթ Անանյանը:
Նա հիշեցրեց, որ ՊԵԿ-ը ֆիզիկական անձանց տեղեկացրել էր, որ նոր կարգավորման համաձայն` եթե ֆիզիկական անձինք ԵԱՏՄ մաքսային տարածք ներմուծեն անձնական օգտագործման ապրանք, որի արժեքը չի գերազանցում 500 եվրոյին համարժեք գումարը, իսկ քաշը` 25 կիլոգրամը, ապա որևէ գանձում չի կատարվի․
«Երբ որ Բագրատաշենում, օրինակ, 50 կգ-անոց ապրանք ներկրողները՝ սայլակներով մոտ 300 հոգի, գրոհում են մաքսակետը, ես վստահեցնում եմ, որ մաքսային ծառայողները և սահմանապահները շատ դեպքերում իրենց վտանգված են զգացել։ Այո, ՊԵԿ-ը մաքսային սահմանին 50 կգ-ներով, ըստ էության, բիզնեսի դեմը չի կարողացել առնել, և միասին՝ ԱԱԾ սահմանապահ զորքերի հետ, չենք կարողացել դրա դեմն առնել։ Եթե մենք կոշտ գործիքակազմ օգտագործեինք, այնտեղ լարվածությունը կհասներ ծայրագույն աստիճանի»։
Այս փոփոխությունները նախատեսված են Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի խորհրդի` 2017թ. դեկտեմբերի 20-ի «Անձնական օգտագործման ապրանքների հետ կապված առանձին հարցերի վերաբերյալ» որոշմամբ:
Դավիթ Անանյանի խոսքով՝ Նոր տարվան ընդառաջ ՀՀ-ում գրանցվեց գնանկում, բայց դա եղավ չվճարված հարկերի և չկայացած բիզնեսի հաշվին. «Մի կողմից՝ մենք նախատոնական գնանկում ունեցանք, բայց այդ գնանկումը նրա հաշվին էր, որ իրական բիզնեսով զբաղվողները անհավասար տնտեսական պայմաններում հայտնվեցին 50 կգ-ներով շուկաներում հայտնված ապրանքների հետ»,- ասաց նա։
