Հանուն հայրենիքի մարդը չի գնում մանր գողության. ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավման օրերին սպանված ոստիկանի կինն առարկեց
VIDEO«Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի 10 անդամների գործով այսօրվա դատական նիստին գործով ամբաստանյալ, ոստիկան Գագիկ Մկրտչյանի սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող Արմեն Բիլյանի պաշտպան Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը միջնորդեց, որպեսզի փոխվի իր պաշտպանյալի խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը՝ չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությամբ։
Այս գործով ամբաստանյալ Պավել Մանուկյանն իր դիրքորոշումը հայտնեց Բիլյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու վերաբերյալ՝ ասելով, որ նա հանցանք չի գործել. «Արմեն Բիլյանն այս ազգին պիտանի մարդ է: Նա հանցագործ անցյալ չի ունեցել, նա որպես հայազգի մասին մտահոգ քաղաքացի կատարել է իր սրբազան պարտքը»,- ասաց նա։
Նշենք, որ Պավել Մանուկյանը կալանքից ազատ արձակվելուց հետո բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ սպանված ոստիկան Գագիկ Մկրտչյանի մահվան հետ Արմեն Բիլյանը կապ չունի, նա չի եղել ոստիկանին կրակողը:
Արմեն Բիլյանն իր հերթին վստահեցրեց, որ ինքը պատասխանատվությունից չի խուսափի. «Արմեն Բիլյանը փախնող և հայրենիքը լքող տղա չի»,- ասաց նա։
Տուժողի իրավահաջորդները, սակայն այս միջնորդությանը դեմ էին: Սպանված ոստիկան Գագիկ Մկրտչյանի կինն առարկելով միջնորդության դեմ, ասաց. «Ազգի համար գնացող մեկը բանկոմա՞տ է թալանում: Հանուն հայրենիքի մարդը չի գնում մանր գողության: Ինձ հետաքրքիր չի` վնասվածքը եղել է իր կողմից, թե մեկ ուրիշի: Գագիկ Մկրտչյանը վիրավոր է եղել․ 27 օր ապրել է, որից 12 օրը գիտակցության մեջ է եղել և ես խոսել եմ Գագիկի հետ, նա ասել է` ինչպես է վնասվածք ստացել»,-ասաց նա։
Դատարանը խորհրդակցական սենյակից վերադառնալուց հետո որոշեց մերժել ներկայացված միջնորդությունը:
«Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի 10 անդամների գործով ներկայումս կալանքի տակ են ամբաստանյալներից Արմեն Բիլյանն ու Սմբատ Բարսեղյանը։ 7 ամբաստանյալների նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը փոխվել է՝ պատգամավորների անձնական երաշխավորությամբ, իսկ Պավել Մանուկյանն ազատ է արձակվել 1 մլն դրամ գրավի դիմաց։
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2016 թ. հուլիսի 17-ին զանգվածային անկարգություններ կազմակերպելու նախապատրաստության, ծանրացուցիչ հանգամանքներում սպանությունների, շենքեր, շինություններ, տրանսպորտի միջոցներ զավթելու, պատանդ վերցնելու եւ պահելու, ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն, ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու, պահելու, փոխադրելու, զենք, ռազմամթերք հափշտակելու, ուրիշի գույքը գաղտնի հափշտակելու եւ դիտավորությամբ ոչնչացնելու փաստի կապակցությամբ հարուցված քրեական գործերը քննվում են դատարաններում։
ՊՊԾ գունդը զավթելու եւ նշված այլ արարաքները կատարելու մեջ մեղադրվում է 32 անձ:
