Reuters. Facebook-ը խստացնում է 2019թ․ երկրների համար քաղաքական գովազդի կանոնները
INTERNATIONAL NEWSFacebook-ն իր հարթակում խստացնում է քաղաքական գովազդի կանոնները այն երկրներում, որտեղ 2019 թվականին կարեւոր ընտրություններ կլինեն, մասնավորապես Հնդկաստանում, Նիգերիայում եւ Ուկրաինայում: Խստացումը կվերաբերի նաեւ ԵՄ-ին, հաղորդում է ТАСС-ը՝ վկայակոչելով Reuters գործակալությանը:
Նրա տվյալներով, ընկերությունը նման քայլի է գնում` ընտրական գործընթացին միջամտելուն հակազդելու համար: Համաձայն ընկերության Գլոբալ քաղաքականության եւ լուսաբանման տնօրեն Քեթի Հարբատի խոսքերով, Նիգերիայում, սկսած չորեքշաբթի օրվանից, միայն երկրում տեղակայված գովազդատուները կարող են փետրվարի 16-ին կայանալիք նախագահական ընտրությունների համար սոցիալական ցանցում գովազդ տեղադրել: Նման պրակտիկան կսկսի գործել փետրվարին Ուկրաինայում, որի քաղաքացիները մարտի 31-ին նախագահ պիտի ընտրեն:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Հնդկաստանին, ապա հանրապետությունում գարնանը նախատեսված խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին վերաբերող գովազդը Facebook-ը կսկսի տեղադրել հատուկ ինտերնետային գրադարանում:
«Մենք բոլոր երկրներից դասեր ենք քաղում», - ասել է սոցիալական ցանցի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարներից Ռոբ Լեզերնը: «Մենք գիտենք, որ կատարյալ չենք լինելու, բայց մեր նպատակը շարունակական կատարելագործումն է»: Նրա խոսքերով, Facebook-ում ընտրություններին միջամտության դեմ պայքարի կարեւորագույն տարրը համարում են գրադարանում գովազդի պահպանումը՝ յոթ տարի շարունակ: Լեզերնը ավելացրել է, որ քաղաքական գովազդի կանոնների խստացում նաեւ ԵՄ-ին է սպասում՝ մայիսին կայանալիք Եվրախորհրդարանի ընտրությունների նախաշեմին:
Նոյեմբերին BBC-ն հաղորդել էր, որ Facebook-ը խստացրել է բրիտանական շուկայի համար նախատեսված հարթակում քաղաքական գովազդ տեղադրելու կանոնները: Նշվում է, որ այդ փոփոխությունների անհրաժեշտությունն առաջացել է Cambridge Analytica ընկերության կողմից տվյալների ապօրինի հավաքագրման շուրջ ծագած աղմուկից հետո:
Ավելի վաղ The New York Times թերթը հաղորդել էր, որ Cambridge Analytica-ը կարողացել է հավաքագրել սոցիալական ցանցի տասնյակ միլիոնավոր օգտատերերի անձնական տվյալները՝ ընտրողների քաղաքական նախասիրությունների վերլուծության ալգորիթմ մշակելու համար: Ինչպես պատմել են ընկերության նախկին աշխատակիցները, ստեղծված ալգորիթմը հեշտացրել է օգտատերերի համար քաղաքական գովազդներ ուղարկելը, որպեսզի կարողանային պոտենցիակ կերպով ազդել նրանց ձայների վրա:
