Խորհրդարանում քննարկման դրվեց ԱԺ նախագահի ընտրության հարցը, ներկայացվեց Արարատ Միրզոյանի թեկնածությունը
POLITICSԽորհրդարանում քննարկման դրվեց ԱԺ նախագահի ընտրության հարցը: «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության ղեկավարի թեկնածու Լիլիթ Մակունցը ներկայացրեց խմբակցության թեկնածու Արարատ Միրզոյանին:
Մինչ կենսագրականը ներկայացնելը` ասաց, որ Միրզոյանին ճանաչում է «Հանուն գիտության զարգացման» շարժումից, որտեղ նշմարվել է նրա քաղաքական ու քաղաքացիական ակտիվությունը:
Մակունցը մանրամասն ներկայացրեց Արարատ Միրզոյանի կենսագրությունը և նշեց, որ նա ավելի քան 15 տարի ակտիվորեն ներկայացված է եղել հայաստանյան հասարակական, քաղաքական կայքում` մշտապես հանդես գալով որպես ՀՀ ինքնիշխան և ժողովրդական զարգացման նվիրյալ:

Ծնվել է 1979թ. նոյեմբերի 23-ին Երևանում։
2000թ. ավարտել է ԵՊՀ պատմության ֆակուլտետի արվեստի բաժինը:
2002թ.՝ նույն ֆակուլտետի մագիստրատուրան: Պատմաբան:
2004թ.՝ ՀՀ պետական կառավարման ակադեմիան։ Պետական ծառայող, պետական կառավարման և տեղական ինքնակառավարման մասնագետ:
2005թ.՝ ՀՀ ԳԱԱ ասպիրանտուրան: Պատմական գիտությունների թեկնածու։
2003-2005թթ. եղել է ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Հայոց ցեղասպանության թանգարան-ինստիտուտի կրտսեր գիտաշխատող,
2005-2007թթ.՝ Հայաստանի ազգային արխիվի հասարակական-քաղաքական փաստաթղթերի բաժնի գլխավոր արխիվագետ։
2007-2010թթ.՝ «Էյչ-Էս-Բի-ՍԻ Բանկ Հայաստան» ՓԲԸ մասնագետ:
2011-2012թթ.՝ «Ռեգնում» միջազգային լրատվական գործակալության վերլուծաբան:
2012-2013թթ.՝ Ընտրական համակարգերի միջազգային հիմնադրամի (IFES) ընտրողների իրազեկման ծրագրի համակարգող,
2012թ. (հոկտեմբեր)-2013թ. (փետրվար) դասավանդել է ԵՊՀ-ում:
2013-2015թթ. եղել է «Հայաստանի զարգացման նախաձեռնություններ» (IDEA) հիմնադրամի «Ավրորա մրցանակ և 100 կյանք» նախաձեռնության հետազոտական խմբի ղեկավար,
2014-2017թթ.` Բազմակուսակցական ժողովրդավարության նիդեռլանդական ինստիտուտի (NIMD) քաղաքական կուսակցությունների և ռազմավարական պլանավորման փորձագետ:
«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության հիմնադիր անդամ է, 2016թ.՝ կուսակցության վարչության անդամ:
2017թ. ապրիլի 2-ին ԱԺ պատգամավոր է ընտրվել «Ելք» կուսակցությունների դաշինքի թիվ 3 ընտրատարածքի տարածքային ընտրական ցուցակով:
2018 թ. մայիսի 11-ին նշանակվել է ՀՀ առաջին փոխվարչապետ:
Պարգևատրվել է ՀՀ ՊՆ պատվոգրով (2016թ.):
Հեղինակ է հայաստանյան և միջազգային մամուլում տպագրված բազմաթիվ վերլուծությունների:
