Մահացածի ստորագրությունը կեղծելու բողոքին ընթացք է տրվել. այն կքննի ՀԿԳՎ-ն

Արարատի մարզի բնակի, 5 տարի առաջ մահացած 65-ամյա Գյանջիրով Հովհանյանի դստեր բողոքը՝ գործում առկա գրության կեղծ լինելու մասին քննվելու է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարեւոր գործերի վարչությունում։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց մահացածի դուստրը՝ Գայանե Հովհանյանը։
«Ես դիմել էի Փաշինյանին եւ գլխավոր դատախազին եւ ստացել եմ գրություն, որ կասեցված գործին ընթացք է տրվել Քննչական կոմիտեի կարեւոր գործերի վարչությունում»,– ասաց նա։
Գայանե Հովհանյանը պնդում է, որ գրությունը կեղծված է ճանաչվել, քանի որ այն իր հոր մահից հետո է հայտնվել, սակայն դատարանը ոչ մի ուշադրություն չի դարձրել այդ հանգամանքի վրա:
Չնայած որ Արարատի բնակիչ 65-ամյա Գյանջիրով Հովհանյանին ծառից պարանով կախված են հայտնաբերել, դուստրը`Գայանեն, վստահ է՝ կատարվածը սպանություն է: Նշենք, որ Գայանեն պնդում է, որ հոր մահվան մեղավորները քարի արտադրամասի սեփականատերերն են՝ Ավետիսյանները, որոնց մոտ էլ աշխատել է Գյանջիրով Հովհանյանը:
Նշենք, որ Գյանջիրով Հովհանյանի մահվան դեպքով նախաքննական մարմինը քրեական գործ չի հարուցել հանցակազմի բացակայության պատճառաբանությամբ: Այս կապակցությամբ երկրորդ փուլում Գայանե Հովհանյանը բողոք է ներկայացրել Քանաքեռ եւ Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, որտեղ քրեական գործի կասեցումն անփոփոխ է մնացել, իսկ Վերաքննիչ դատարանը պարտավորվել էր վերացնել առաջին ատյանի վճիռը՝ արձանագրելով, որ խախտվել են տուժողի իրավահաջորդի իրավունքները:
Այնուհետեւ երկրորդ փուլում գործը քննել է հատուկ կարեւոր գործերով քննչական վարչությունը, եւ գործը կասեցրել էին, սակայն Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը բեկանել էր այս որոշումը, եւ այժմ գործը Վճռաբեկ դատարանում է:
