ՀՀԿ-ական Էդուարդ Շարմազանովն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է. «Մինչ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը երջանիկ եւ հպարտ կեցվածքով թոզ է փչում ժողովրդի աչքերին` փորձելով քողարկել իրական գնաճի տեմպերը, տնտեսական անկումը, գազի թանկացման բացասական հետեւանքները, մարտահրավերները գնալով ավելանում են:

Չնայած Դուշանբեի վերելակում ձեռքսեղմումից Փաշինյանի վրա Ալիեւը թողել էր «կիրթ» անձնավորության տպավորություն, Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարը նախօրեին կրկին հանդես է եկել հերթական հակահայկական հայտարարություններով, որտեղ նշել է, թե Ղարաբաղյան կոնֆլիկտը պետք է լուծվի բացառապես Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության շրջանակներում, թե Հայաստանի մեկուսացումը պետք է շարունակվի, թե հայկական ուժերը պետք է դուրս բերվեն տարածքներից:

Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարը հերթական անգամ արհամարհում է ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահությամբ ընդունված 3 սկզբունքներից 2-ը` ժողովուրդների ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացում եւ ուժի չկիրառում, ինչպես նաեւ հրապարակ է նետում «տարածքներ խաղաղության դիմաց» տեսակետը: Սա անթույլատրելի եւ դատապարտելի է:

Ոչ պակաս տարակուսելի է այն, որ Ալիեւը Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած քաղաքական փոփոխությունների հետ հույսեր է կապում`նախորդ իշխանություններին անվանելով հանցագործ:

Որպես նախկին իշխանության ներկայացուցիչ, ինձ համար անխոս վիրավորական կլիներ, եթե ապրիլյան պատերազմի սանձազերծողն ու մարդասպան սաֆարովներին հերոսացնողը դրական արտահայտվեր մեր մասին:
