Սերժ Սարգսյանը՝ ՀՀԿ գերի՞, թե՞ հակառակը. ի՞նչ կձևավորվի փլատակների վրա
ANALYSISՕրերս ՀՀԿ խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը, լրատվական կայքերից մեկին տված հարցազրույցում խոսելով ՀՀԿ-ի առաջիկա հնարավոր համագումարի և կուսակցության ղեկավարի փոփոխության մասին, նշել էր, որ աներկբա է Սերժ Սարգսյանի թեկնածությունն այդ հարցում, ու որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը դեռևս անելիք ունի քաղաքականության մեջ: Սա բավական հետաքրքրական հայտարարություն է այն իմաստով, որ դեկտեմբերի 9-ի արդյունքներով պարզ դարձավ, որ գոնե ըստ քաղաքացիների, նույնիսկ ՀՀԿ-ն այս պահին անելիք չունի քաղաքականության պաշտոնական հատվածում, հետևաբար չունի նաև նրա առաջնորդը:
Մյուս կողմից էլ, սակայն, Հայաստանի քաղաքական համակարգն այնպիսի փխրուն վիճակում է, որ այս կամ այն ուժի կենսունակության խնդիրը չի որոշվում տոկոսներով, ինչը ցույց տվեց հենց նույն ՀՀԿ-ԵԼՔ տոկոսային անհամարժեքությունն ու դրա անիրատեսական կապը քաղաքական իրողությունների հետ, երբ 7 տոկոսանոց ուժից պոկված առանձին խումբ իշխանափոխության հասավ, իսկ մեծամասնություն ՀՀԿ-ն նույնիսկ նոր խորհրդարանում չհայտնվեց: Ու քանի որ առայժմ տեսանելի չեն քաղաքական համակարգի կայացման որևէ առողջ միտումներ, ավելին ՝ համակարգը կախված է մնում մեկ անձի հանդեպ հանրության լայն հատվածների սիրուց ու վստահությունից, տոկոսները չէ, որ դառնում են որոշիչ:
Սա, իհարկե, ուղղակիորեն չի նշանակում, թե ՀՀԿ-ն, չանցնելով խորհրդարան, պահպանում է, ասենք, քաղաքականության մեջ անելիք ունենալու իր շանսը: Ավելին, Սերժ Սարգսյանի, Վիգեն Սարգսյանի կամ մեկ այլ անձի առաջնորդությունն այս դեպքում որևէ կերպ չի կարող ենթադրել ՀՀԿ-ի անպայման վերադարձ: Այդ վերադարձի համար անհրաժեշտ են այլ, խորքային վերափոխման հիմքեր, որոնց հանրապետականները նախընտրական ընթացքում այդպես էլ չցանկացան գնալ: Եվ հիմա, հետընտրական սթրեսից հետո Սերժ Սարգսյանի անձի հիշատակումն, ընդհանրապես կուսակցության առաջնորդի հարցի կարևորումը ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան խնդիրների լուծումը բյուրոկրատական մեխանիզմներում տեսնել, ավելին ՝ կուսակցության վերջին շունչը կապել պաշտոնաթող նախագահի անձի, կենսագրության ու անվան հետ: Այդպես ժամանակին վարվեց նաև ՀԱԿ-ը, ու կուսակցությունից այժմ մնացել է անկենսունակ մի քաղաքական մարմին:
ՀՀԿ-ն այլ ելք չունի՞, դրա համար է կառչած Սերժ Սարգսյանի անձից: Թե՞ Սերժ Սարգսյանն է ամեն դեպքում պահում ՀՀԿ-ն, որպեսզի այն որևէ դեպքում չդառնա այլոց համար քաղաքական գործիք կամ հենարան: Դժվար է ասել: Պարզ է մի բան, նախկին իշխանության փլատակներում այժմ տեղի են ունենում շատ հետաքրքրիր տրանսֆորմացիաներ, որոնք աչքի առաջ պետք է ունենա ոչ միայն պատմաբանները, քաղաքագետներն ու Հայաստանի կուսակցական համակարգով հետաքրքրվածները, այլև ներկայիս իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները, որոնք ջանասիրաբար կրկնում են ՀՀԿ-ի սխալները:
