Երեկ համացանցում տեղեկություն էր տարածվել, որ նոյեմբերի 11-ի կեսգիշերին Երևանի ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ծառայողները ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնները խախտելու պատճառով Երևանում կանգնեցրել են Lexus մակնիշի 68 NR 888 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենան, որի ղեկին եղել է դերասան Նիկոլայ Եղիազարյանը, ում հեռուստադիտողն առավել շատ ճանաչում է մի շարք սերիալներից՝ «Դժվար ապրուստ (Ֆելո)», «Շփացած խելագարներ (Պաշ)»… 

Ըստ կայքի տեղեկատվության՝ բժշկական փորձաքննության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ դերասանը մեքենան վարել է խմած վիճակում, ինչի համար էլ այն տեղափոխել են Երևանի ՃՈ պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք՝ «գայի պլոշչադկա»:

Aysor.am-ը կապ հաստատեց Նիկոլայ Եղիազարյանի հետ՝ հետաքրքրվելով, թե որքանով է տեղեկատվությունը համապատասխանում իրականությանը: «Իսկապես, նման բան եղել է, սակայն համացանցում շատ թերի ու չափազանցված ինֆորմացիա է տարածվել: Ես շատ խմած, հարբած վիճակում չեմ եղել ղեկին, թող այդ գրողները մի քիչ մարդկություն ու քաղաքավարություն ունենան: Այո, ընկերներով հավաքվել էինք ու շատ-շատ քիչ քանակությամբ, մի փոքր ալկոհոլ եմ օգտագործել, ինչը, միանշանակ, համաձայն եմ՝ նորից սխալ է: Ավտոսեսուչներն էլ վերաբերել են օրենքի սահմաններում՝ ինչպես բոլորի հետ: Ավտոմեքենաս երկար չի մնացել հատուկ տարածքում, որոշ ժամանակ անց տրամադրվել է ինձ: Բայց հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ Շամշյանն այնտեղ չի եղել, ինձ ոչ նկարել է, ոչ էլ ես իրեն տեսել եմ, բայց ներկայացվում է այնպես, իբր ինքն է նկարել: Մեքենան ինձ վերադարձվելուց գրեթե մեկ օր անց հանկարծ այդ նյութն է հայտնվում: Ո՞վ է իմ նկարն ու այս մասին տեղեկություն տրամադրել Շամշյանին՝ չգիտեմ, բայց ինքը հաստատ այնտեղ չի եղել: Թող մի քիչ շնորք ունենան ու գրելուց նորմալ ու ճիշտ արտահայտվեն»:
