Հանրապետությունում տոն օրերին ալկոհոլային թունավորման 16 դեպք է գրանցվել
SOCIETYՀանրապետությունում 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 29-ից մինչև 2019 թվականի հունվարի 8-ը «սննդային թունավորում» նախնական ախտորոշմամբ 3 դեպք է գրանցվել, հոսպիտալացվել է 5 մարդ(1-ը՝ բոտուլիզմ, 1-ը՝սնկից թունավորում և 3-ը`սննդային թունավորում): Նույն ժամանակահատվածում արձանագրվել է ալկոհոլային թունավորման 16 դեպք` 16 տուժածով: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:
Թունավորումներից խուսափելու նպատակով առողջապահության նախարարությունը հորդորում է զերծ մնալ ալկոհոլի չարաշահումից և համային հատկությունների ու արտաքին տեսքի փոփոխության ենթարկված սննդամթերքի օգտագործումից:Անհրաժեշտ է հետևել սննդի պատրաստման և պահպանման կանոններին, մասնավորապես՝
չօգտագործել այնպիսի աղցաններ և կերակրատեսակներ, որոնց բաղադրության մեջ մտնում է շուտ փչացող մթերք (օր.՝ միս, ձուկ, ձու, պանիր, մայոնեզ, թթվասեր, կրեմային թխվածքներ), և որոնք սեղանի վրա մնացել են 4 ժամից կամ սառնարանում 2 օրից ավելի,
անհրաժեշտ է լինել զգոն և սննդամթերքի համային հատկությունների և արտաքին տեսքի (կողմնակի հոտ, համ, բորբոս, գունափոխություն և այլն) փոփոխության դեպքում չօգտագործել,
սննդում չօգտագործել անհայտ ծագման սունկ, վերջինս սննդում կարելի է օգտագործել միայն խոհարարական մշակումից հետո կամ օգտագործել գործարանային արտադրության պահածոյացված սունկ,
տնային պայմաններում պատրաստված պահածոյացված սննդատեսակներն օգտագործել միայն ջերմային մշակման ենթարկելուց հետո՝ եռացնելով 15-20 րոպե,
սնունդ պատրաստելուց առաջ և ընթացքում հաճախակի լվանալ ձեռքերը, հատկապես, եթե օգտագործում եք հում մթերք, մասնավորապես` հում միս: Ինչպես նաև անհրաժեշտ է մաքուր պահել մակերեսները և խոհանոցային պարագաները, որոնք օգտագործվում են սնունդ պատրաստելու ժամանակ:
Սննդային թունավորման կլինիկական հիմնական ախտանշաններն են` որովայնի կտրուկ ցավը, սրտխառնոցը, անընդհատ փսխումները, առատ քրտնարտադրությունը, թքահոսությունը, գլխապտույտը, գլխացավը, անհագ ծարավի զգացումը: Բոտուլիզմի դեպքում ավելանում է նաև երկտեսություն, ձայնի խռպոտություն, կոպի իջեցում, կլման ակտի խանգարում և այլն:
Ալկոհոլային թունավորման հիմնական կլինիկական ախտանշաններն են տեսողական խանգարումները, քնկոտությունը, շփոթված և անկապ խոսքը, գիտակցության տարբեր աստիճանի խանգարումները, դանդաղ ու անկանոն շնչառությունն ու անոթազարկը, չկառավարվող շարժումները։
Վերոհիշյալ նշանների ի հայտ գալուն պես անհրաժեշտ է անմիջապես դիմել բժշկի,ինչից մեծապես կախված է բուժման բարեհաջող ելքը:
