Երկրի՞, թե՞ Փաշինյանի հակառակ կողմը
ANALYSIS«Քիչ առաջ լուրերի թողարկումից իմացա, որ 2018-ին Երեւանի գրախանութներում Երրորդ հանրապետության պատմության համար ռեկորդային թվով գիրք է վաճառվել։ Սա է Նոր Հայաստանը»: Երեկ նման գրառմամբ է հանդես եկել վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Փաշինյանը: Իսկապես, որ սա նոր Հայաստանն է, հատկապես, եթե հաշվի առնենք, թե ռեկորդային վաճառքին որ գրքի վաճառքն է հատկապես նպաստել: Խոսքը Փաշինյանի «Երկրի հակառակ կողմը» գրքի մասին է, որ հրատարակվեց հեղափոխության հաղթանակից անմիջապես հետո: Պատահակա՞ն է, արդյոք, որ տարիներ առաջ գրված գիրքը տպագիր հրատարակության մտավ միայն հեղափոխությունից հետո, դժվար է ասել: Բայց ինչպես և հեղափոխության առաջնորդի գիրքը, այդպես էլ նրա դիմապատկերով ու «դուխով» վերտառությամբ գլխարկները, բլուզները, մեքենաների սոսնձվող տարատեսական նկարները և Վերնիսաժը ողողած տարատեսակ այլ ապրանքները էականորեն ավելացրել են վաճառքի թվերը այս կամ այն ոլորտներում:
Ցավոք, սակայն, տնտեսության վրա այդ վաճառքի թվերը էական ազդեցություն չեն ունեցել ու «դուխով» վերտառությամբ, օրինակ, հնարավոր չէ պատկերազարդել Հայաստանի ներդրումային քաղաքականությունը, գազի գինը, արդյունաբերությունը և այլն:
Անշուշտ, չի կարելի արհամարհել հասարակության ինտելեկտուալ հակումները և գրքի հանդեպ հետաքրքրասիրությունը: Սակայն հեղափոխության առաջնորդի գրքի վաճառքը դժվար է անվանել ինտելեկտուալ հակում կամ գրքի հանդեպ հետաքրքրասիրություն: Հեղափոխություններն, իհարկե, ունեն նաև իրենց սիմվոլիկ ու կոմերցիոն կողմերը: Լոզունգները, առաջնորդների պատկերները դառնում են այդ սիմվոլներն ու մտնելով կոմերցիոն շուկա նպաստում, օրինակ, այս կամ այն ապրանքատեսակի վաճառքին: Բայց որևէ կերպ արվեստ չի կարելի համարել, ասենք, Կաստրոյի կամ Չէ Գևարայի պատկերով բլուզը: Ավելին՝ այդ բլուզների աննախադեպ վաճառքը Կուբայում ու դրանից դուրս ևս չի կարելի համարել տնտեսական աննախադեպ աճ:
Շատ լավ է, որ Փաշինյանն ուրախանում է գրքերի վաճառքի քանակի աճով, մանավանդ, որ այդ աճի հիմնական պատճառը իր գիրքն է՝ պլյուս մի քանի արերկրյա հայտնիների ինքնակենսագրականներ: Բայց այդ ուրախությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ դեռևս տեղի չի ունեցել հեղափոխության ու դրա սիմվոլների առաջնորդից դեպի երկրի ղեկավար տրանսֆորմացիոն, որի դեպքում նույն Փաշինյանը պետք է ուրախանար տնտեսության որևէ կենսական ոլորտի էական աճով: Ինչպես տեսնում ենք, որևէ շոշափելի աճ առայժմ տնտեսության առավել կարևոր ոլորտներում չկա: Իսկ հեղափոխության կոմերցալիզացիան, դժվար է ասել, թե ինչքան կբավականեցնի:
