Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Շենգավիթի նստավայրում վաղը՝ հունվարի 9-ին, ժամը 14.00-ին, կշարունակվի քննել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի կալանավորումը գրավով փոխարինելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդությունը։ Ինչպես է Քոչարյանը անցկացրել Ամանորը, արդյոք հարազատները տեսակցե՞լ են նրան, երկրորդ նախագահի եղբոր դուստրը՝ Իրինա Քոչարյանը ArmDaily.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ տեսակցությունները, հեռախոսակապը եւ ինտերնետը արգելել են, ավելին՝ վերջին դատի օրվանից՝ դեկտեմբերի 28-ից մինչեւ հունվարի 9-ը արգելել են նաեւ ուտելիք ուղարկել՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ տոնական օրեր են։ Քոչարյանին կարող են տեսակցել միայն պաշտպանները, որոնց տրամադրվում է մեկ ժամ օրվա ընթացքում։ Հիշեցնենք, որ պաշտպանների միջնորդությունը ներկայացնելու հիմքում դրվել է այն, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը ընտրելու մասին դատարանի՝ 27.07.2018թ․ որոշումից անցել է ավելի քան չորս ամիս և այդ ընթացքում որևէ կերպ գործին խոչընդոտելու գործողություն նրա կողմից չի կատարվել, ինչը չեն հերքում ո՛չ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը, ո՛չ էլ Գլխավոր դատախազությունը: Ուստի, պաշտպանական կողմը գտնում է, որ որևէ հիմք չկա Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին այս պահին կալանքի տակ պահելու համար: Ինչ վերաբերում է գրավի չափին, ապա պաշտպանների կողմից գրավի չափ չի նշվել, և սահմանվող գրավի չափը դատարանին են խնդրել որոշել: Ինգա Մարտինյան
