Ամանորյա տոներին համեմատաբար հանդարտ տեղեկատվական մթնոլորտում եզակի քննարկվող խնդիրներից մեկը Երևանի աղբահանության վիճակն էր: Ինչպես սովորաբար լինում է տոնական օրերին, Երևանի աղբարկղերը բերնեբերան լցվում են, իսկ համապատասխան օղակները չեն հասցնում ժամանակին օպերատիվ կերպվող դատարկել դրանք: Արդեն որերորդ Ամանորն է, որ տոնական օրերին ինֆորմացիոն դաշտը, հատկապես Ֆեյսբուքը լցվում է աղբարկղերի նկարներով: Գուցեև սրա համար կան օբյեկտիվ պատճառներ, օրինակ, աղբահանության պատասխանատուները չեն հասցնում, գուցե իրենց մեղքն է, որ չեն նախատեսում աշխատանքային այնպիսի պլանավորում, որպեսզի հասցնեն: Դժվար է ասել:

Առավել հետաքրքրական է այլ բան: Աղբահանության շուրջ ամանորյա տեղեկատվական աղմուկը թողնում էր դեժավյուի էֆեկտ: Մի կողմից՝ ֆեյսբուքյան տիրույթը պայթում էր չդատարկվող աղբարկղերի նկարներից ու դրանց ուղեկցող դժգոհ գրառումներից, մյուս կողմից՝ քաղաքային իշխանության պատասխանատուները՝ ամենավերին օղակների մակարդակով, կա՛մ հերքում էին լիքը աղբարկղերի փաստը՝ դրանց հակադրելով դատարկ աղբարկղերի նկարներ, կա՛մ էլ հորդորում էին չփչացնել տոնական տրամադրությունը ու միայն վատը չտեսնել: Դեժավյուի էֆեկտը, սակայն, ոչ այնքան Ամանորին աղբահանության հետ կապված խնդիրներում էր, այլ թե ինչպես են հանրային ակտիվ շրջանակները մի կողմից, իսկ իշխանությունները՝ մյուս կողմից, հաղորդակցվում միմյանց հետ խնդրի առնչությամբ:

Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած իշխանափոխությունը փոխել է քաղաքական դերակատարներին, բայց չի փոխել այն լեզվամտածողությունը, որով այդ դերակատարները շփվում են միմյանց հետ: Մաքսիմալիստական դժգոհություն-դժգոհության հերքում ցիկլն ինչպես նախկինում, այդպես էլ հիմա դարձել է ցանկացած խնդրի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող քննարկման առանցքը: Իշխանության քննադատները պատեհ-անպատեհ առիթով պատրաստ են ցանկացած խնդիր ներկայացնել առավել սուր գույներով, իշխանություններն էլ դրան հակադրում են «եկել ես մեր տոնը փչացնում ես, որ ինչ անես» կամ «մենակ վատն եք տեսնում» մոտեցումը, որի արմատները տանում են դեպի Սերժ Սարգսյանի ու Տարոն Մարգարյանի ժամանակներ:

Ցավալի կլինի, եթե առաջիկայում հասարակական ակտիվ շերտերում ու այդ շերտերի դժգոհությունը գեներացնող ընդդիմադիր շրջանակներում գերիշխող դառնա «Նիկոլի դեմ՝ նիկոլավարի» մոտեցումը, ու քննադատությունն, ըստ այդմ, դառնա առիթ-անառիթ, ինքնանպատակ՝ պահելով միայն էսթետիկական կողմը ՝ սուր և քարը քարին չթողնող: Եթե այս տրամաբանությունը մնա գերակա, արդեն կարևոր էլ չի լինի խնդրո առարկան: Մենք դատապարտված կլինենք մնալ փակ ցիկլում, որից դուրս գալը բավական բարդ կլինի: Եվ այս իմաստով անելիք ունեն բոլոր կողմերը: Իշխանության հակառակորդները պարտավոր են որակական նոր մակարդակի բարձրացնել քննադատական խոսքը, իշխանություններն էլ պետք է որակական նոր մակարդակ հաղորդեն քաղաքականության և իշխանություն-հասարակություն, իշխանություն-ընդդիմություն հաղորդակցման լեզվամտածողությանը:
