«Դրո»–ի գործով ցմահ դատապարտյալ, հունվարի 5–ին մահացած Արմենակ Մնջոյանի ընկերները ցանկանում են, որ նա «Եռաբլուրում» հուղարկավորվի։ NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ընկերներից Գաբրիել Ավետիսյանը հիշեց նրան որպես ազնիվ եւ տաղանդավոր մարդու։

«Ինքը պարապած տղա էր, ուժեղ նկարիչ, ցավում եմ նրա մահվան համար։ Ինքը Դաշնակցության մեջ է եղել, բայց Դաշնակցության ղեկավարությունը խանգարել է, որ ինքը դուրս գա բանտից։ Պատերազմի ժամանակ Կիրովաբադից գեներալին, տելեխրանիտելին, վարորդին գերի է վերցրել, որ մեր հայ գեներալի հետ փոխանակի։ Մենք ըմբոստանալու ենք եւ պահանջենք, որ նա Եռաբլուրում հուղարկավորվի՝ Իգոր Մուրադյանի կողքին»,–ասաց Գաբրիել Ավետիսյանը։

Ընկերներից Սիմոն Պետրոսյանն էլ մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ Արմենակ Մնջոյանը դաժան ճակատագիր է ունեցել, պատիժը կրելու տարիներին կորցրել է ծնողներին, որդուն եւ եղբորը։

«Ես որքան գիտեմ ինքը ոչ մի մեղադրանք իր վրա չի վերցրել, եւ պետք էր վերանայել իր դատավճիռը։ Ճակատագիրը դաժան էր, նա կորցրեց ծնողներին, որդուն, եղբորը, ցավալի է, ինչը չէի ցանկանա որեւիցե մեկին։ Իմ խնդրանքն այսօրվա իշխանություններին այն է, որ շուտափույթ վերանայեն այս գործերը»,– ասաց Մնջոյանի ընկերներից Սիմոն Պետրոսյանը։

Արմենակ Մնջոյանի հոգեհանգիստը տեղի ունեցավ այսօր Մալաթիայի սուրբ Աստվածածին եկեղեցում։

Հուղարկավորությունը տեղի կունենա վաղը՝ հունվարի 8-ին, նույն եկեղեցուց՝ ժամը 13:00-ին:

Նշենք, որ Մնջոյանի վիճակը վատացել էր հունվարի 3-ի առավոտյան՝ Նուբարաշեն ՔԿՀ-ում: Նա «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն էր տեղափոխվել սրտամկանի կաթվածով եւ թոքի այտուցով։

Հիշեցնենք, որ  Արմենակ Մնջոյանը ձերբակալվել է 1995 թվականին «Դրո»–ի գործով  եւ 1996 թվականին դատապարտվել մահապատժի։ 2003 թվականի օգոստոսի 1-ին Հայաստանի նախագահի թիվ 103-Ա հրամանագրով մահապատիժը փոխարինվել է ցմահ ազատազրկմամբ։
