Արման Թաթոյանը Կարագանդայի խնդիրը քննարկել է Ղազախստանի գործընկերոջ հետ
SOCIETYՀայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը Ղազախստանի Կարագանդա քաղաքում ստեղծված իրավիճակի առնչությամբ հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Ղազախստանում մարդու իրավունքների հանձնակատար Ասկար Շակիրովի հետ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտանի աշխատակազմից։
«Ղազախստանի Մարդու իրավունքների հանձնակատարը նշել է, որ անթույլատրել է համարում դեպքին ազգամիջյան որևէ երանգ կամ բնույթ տալը: Նա հավաստիացրել է, որ չի կարող որևէ խոսք լինել ազգությամբ հայերի նկատմամբ խտրական վերաբերմունքի մասին՝ ելնելով նրանց ազգային պատկանելիությունց։ Ասկար Շակիրովը հայտնել է, որ այս հարցը գտնվում է իր անմիջական ուշադրության ներքո:
Պաշտպանի հետ հեռախոսազրույցից հետո նա ևս մեկ անգամ հարցը քննարկել է իրավապահ մարմինների հետ և տեղեկացրել Արման Թաթոյանին, որ դեպքն ունի միայն կենցաղային քրեաիրավական բնույթ՝ նաև հղում անելով իրավապահ մարմինների ինչպես նոր, այնպես էլ դրանից առաջ արված հաղորդումներին:
Արման Թաթոյանի խնդրանքով՝ Ասկար Շակիրովը լիարժեք պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել իր իրավասության սահմաններում մանրամասն քննության ենթարկել ցանկացած բողոք կամ դիմում, որ կարող են ունենալ հայերը:
