Ադրբեջանի որոշ իրավապաշտպան կառույցներ եւ փաստաբաններ պատրաստում են քաղբանտարկյալներ համարվող անձանց նորացված ցուցակը: Ցուցակը կհրապարակվի դեկտեմբերին:
