Հայտնի է կուրսանտ Հայկազ Բարսեղյանի սպանության գործով դատական նիստի օրը

Երևանի Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական ինստիտուտում սպանված կուրսանտ Հայկազ Արկադիի Բարսեղյանի քրեական գործով առաջին դատական նիստը կայանալու է նոյեմբերի 18-ին: Այս մասին հայտնի դարձավ դատական տեղեկատվա կան համակարգից:
Սպանված կուրսանտ Հայկազ Արկադիի Բարսեղյանի քրեական գործը հոկտեմբերի 26-ին ուղարկվել էր Ավան և Նոր-Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան:
Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական ինստիտուտի կուրսանտներ Գնել Թևոսյանին, Նորիկ Սահակյանին,Վաչե Սահակյանին և Մովսես Ազարյանին (բոլորը կալանավորված են) մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նրանք ընթացիկ տարվա հունվարի 29-ին ժամը 02:00-03:00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության N զորամասի առաջին գումարտակի առաջին մարտկոցի թիվ 408 ննջարանում առանձին դաժանությամբ խուլիգանական դրդումներով սպանել են Հայկազ Արկադիի Բարսեղյանին:
Իր հերթին նույն զորամասի 1 գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 1-ին մարտկոցի կուրսանտ Վարազդատ Սաֆարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2014 թվականի նոյեմբերի 16-ին ժամը 21.00-ի սահմաններում նույն մարտկոցի կուրսանտ Տ.Մանասերյանին շարքում խոսելու համար դիտողություն անելուց և վերջինիս կողմից հակադարձում ստանալուց հետո Վաչե Սահակյանի, Մովսես Ազարյանի հետ միասին, մի խումբ անձանցով, խախտելով ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ներքին ծառայության կանոնագրքի 13, 16, 65 հոդվածները, ծեծի են ենթարկել Տ. Մանասերյանին: Բացի այդ`մեղադրյալը 2015 թվականի հունվարին լսարանուÕ ´ խոսելու համար ծեծի է ենթարկել համածառայող Արտուշ Սիմոնյանին:
2015թ. հունվարի 29-ին՝ ժամը 06:35-ի սահմաններում Երևանի ուսումնական զորամասերից մեկի մարզահրապարակում պտտաձողի վրա պարանով կախված վիճակում հայտնաբերվել էր նույնզորամասի 1-ին կուրսի ուսանող Հայկազ Արկադիի Բարսեղյանի դին: Հայկազ Բարսեղյանիսպանության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի երկրորդ մասի յոթերորդ կետիհատկանիշներով հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ:
