Կառավարությունն առաջարկում է երեք մարզում իրականացնել համայնքների խոշորացման պիլոտային ծրագիր

Կառավարությունը նախատեսում է Հայաստանի երեք մարզում իրականացնել համայնքների խոշորացման պիլոտային ծրագիր: Խորհրդարանը քննարկում է «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչատարածքային բաժանման մասին» ՀՀ  օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին  օրենքի նախագիծը:

Հիմնական զեկուցող, ՀՀ տարածքայինկառավարման և արտակարգիրավիճակների նախարարի առաջինտեղակալ Վաչե Տերտերյանը հայտնեց, որ նախագծով առաջարկվում է համայնքների խոշորացման պիլոտային ծրագիրն իրականացնել Լոռու, Տավուշի և Սյունիքի մարզերում: Լոռու մարզում առաջարկվում է համայնքն անվանել Թումանյան, որի ներքո կմիավորվեն Թումանյան քաղաքը, Մարց, Քարինջ, Լորուտ, Շամուտ, Աթան, Ահնիձոր, Քոբեր կայարանի գյուղերը:

Առաջարկվում է Սյունիքի մարզում համայնքն անվանել Տաթև, որի ներքո կմիավորվեն Շինուհայր, Տաթև, Հալիձոր, Հարժին, Սվարանց, Խոտ, Տանձատափ, Քաշունի գյուղերը: Տավուշի մարզում համայնքը կանվանվի Դիլիջան, որի ներքո կմիավորվեն Դիլիջան քաղաքը, Հաղարծին, Թեղուտ, Գոշ, Աղավնավանք, Հովք, Խաչարձակ, Ճերմակավան, Գեղատափ գյուղերը:

«Սույն թվականի մայիսի 17-ին  Լոռու մարզի Թումանյան,  Սյունիքի մարզի Տաթև,  Տավուշի մարզի Դիլիջան համայնքային փնջերում անցկացվեցին տեղական հանրաքվեներ փնջերում ընդգրկված համայնքների միավորման հարցով, որոնց արդյունքները թույլ են տալիս ենթադրել, որ համայնքների խոշորացման գործընթացին անհրաժեշտ է ապահովել շարունակականություն, մասնավորապես, մշակել կիրարկումն ապահովող իրավական ակտերի նախագծեր»,- ասաց Տերտերյանը:

Հիմնական զեկուցողը նշեց, որ նախատեսվում է երեք մարզում իրականացնել համայնքների խոշորացման պիլոտային ծրագիր՝ հասկանալու համար, թե որքանով է արդյունավետ գործելու ծրագիրը, որից հետո այն կտարածվի նաև մյուս մարզերի վրա:
