Երևանի բնակիչը խարդախությամբ հափշտակել է Կոտայքի մարզի բնակչի «Այֆոն X»-ը. 30-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Չարենցավանի քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է 30-ամյա տղամարդու կողմից խոշոր չափերով խարդախություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը, նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել: Այդ մասին հայտնում են քննչական կոմիտեից:
Քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Երևանի բնակիչը՝ ծնված 1988թ., խաբեության եղանակով ուրիշի գույքի հափշտակություն կատարելու դիտավորությամբ, միայն անձնագրով և սոցիալական քարտով արագ վարկեր տրամադրելու վերաբերյալ գովազդներ է տարածել: Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչը, տեղեկանալով արագ տրամադրվող վարկերի մասին, 2018 թվականի օգոստոսի 8-ին զանգահարել է 30-ամյա տղամարդուն և խնդրել վարկ ձևակերպել։
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ վարկը ձևակերպելու նպատակով Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչը և 30-ամյա տղամարդը գնացել են Երևան քաղաքի Եր. Քոչարի փողոցում գտնվող կազմակերպություն, որտեղ վերջինս ձևացրել է, թե վարկ տրամադրելու համար որոշ աշխատանք է կատարում:
Խաբեությամբ ձեռք բերելով Կոտայքի մարզի բնակչի վստահությունը՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը, Կոտայքի մարզի բնակչի հետ այցելել է Երևան քաղաքի Թումանյան փողոցում գտնվող հեռախոսների վաճառքի սրահ և վերջինիս անվամբ ապառիկ կարգով ձեռք բերել «Այֆոն X» տեսակի բջջային հեռախոս՝ համոզելով, որ իրենց կազմակերպության գործունեության ձևն այդպիսին է: Այնուհետև 30-ամյա տղամարդը, չունենալով նշված հեռախոսի դիմաց որպես վարկ գումար տալու անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ, իր հանցավոր մտադրությունները քողարկելու և գործով տուժողի մոտ վստահություն առաջացնելու նպատակով, նույն օրը Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհին, կազմել է իր կողմից պարտավորություններ ստանձնելու վերաբերյալ գրավոր փաստաթուղթ, որի արդյունքում Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչը, հավատալով նրան, հանձնել է նշված՝ խոշոր չափի արժեք ունեցող հեռախոսը, իսկ վերջինս խարդախությամբ հափշտակել է այն։
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Երևանի 30-ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով։ Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին:
Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել քրեական գործի նախաքննության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
