Տնտեսական աճը կլինի 5 տոկոսին մոտ, արտաքին պարտքը կավելանա 490 մլն դոլարով․ ՀՀ սոցիալ-տնտեսական ցուցանիշները 2018 թ.-ի վերջի դրությամբ
ECONOMICS2018թ.-ի հունվար-նոյեմբեր ամիսների տվյալներով՝ ՀՀ տնտեսական աճը կազմել է 5.7%, իսկ ամբողջ տարվա կտրվածքով կանխատեսվում է, որ աճը կլինի 5 տոկոսին մոտ։ Հիշեցնենք, որ 2017-ին տնտեսական աճը կազմել է 7.5%։
Առանձին ոլորտներով վերցրած՝ 2018-ի հունվար-նոյեմբերին արդյունաբերական արտադրանքի ծավալն աճել է 4.1 տոկոսով, շինարարության ծավալը՝ 5.5 տոկոսով, ծառայությունների ծավալը՝ 18.4 տոկոսով։ Գյուղատնտեսության համախառն արտադրանքի ծավալը, սակայն, 8.1 տոկոսով անկում է գրանցել։ Իսկ գնաճը կազմել է 2.6 տոկոս:
Արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառությունը կազմել է 6 մլրդ 723 մլն դոլար՝ 19.1 տոկոս աճ գրանցելով, սակայն մեծապես ի հաշիվ ներմուծման։ Այս ընթացքում արտահանումն աճել է 9.8 տոկոսով կամ կազմել է 2 մլրդ 202 մլն դոլար, իսկ ներմուծումը՝ 24.2 տոկոսով կամ կազմել է 4 մլրդ 521 մլն դոլար:
2018թ․-ի առաջին կիսամյակում Հայաստանում կատարվել են 1 մլրդ 158․6 մլն դոլարի ներդրումներ, որը 2017 թ․-ի ցուցանիշից բարձր է 134․4 մլն դոլարով։ Ուղղակի ներդրումների գծով ստացումները հակառակը՝ նվազել են։ Ուղղակի ներդրումների ստացումներն անցյալ տարվա 6 ամիսներին եղել են 261․6 մլն դոլար, 2017 թ․-ի նույն ժամանակահատվածում ուղղակի ներդրումները կազմել էին 327․9 մլն դոլար՝ 66․3 մլն-ով ավելի։ Իսկ 2018թ. 3-րդ եռամսյակում օտարերկրյա ուղղակի ներդրումները կազմել են 125 մլն դոլար։
Ֆինանսների նախարարությունը հայտարարել է, որ 2019թ.-ին Հայաստանի արտաքին պարտքը կավելանա 490 մլն դոլարով։ Այսպիսով՝ պետական պարտքը հաջորդ տարեվերջին կհատի 3,3 տրիլիոն դրամը՝ հասնելով ՀՆԱ-ի 49.8%-ի։ Նոր վարկերից ամենամեծը նախատեսվում է ստանալ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից՝ 343 մլն դոլարի չափով, երկրորդ տեղում Ասիական զարգացման բանկն է՝ 53.1 մլն դոլարով, ապա Վերակառուցման և զարգացման միջազգային բանկը՝ 50.4 մլն դոլարով։ Մնացածը 10 մլն դոլարը չգերազանցող վարկեր են, որոնք վերցվելու են տարբեր կազմակերպություններից և երկրներից։
