Հունվարի 1-ից թույլատրվում է ՀՀ ներմուծել 25 կգ ուղեբեռ` առանց մաքսազերծման, իսկ օգտագործված անվադողեր բերելն արգելված է. դժգոհություններ Բավրայի անցակետում
SOCIETYՀՀ սահմանային անցակետերում ֆիզիկական անձանց իրազեկող գրություն է հայտնվել՝ 2019-ի հունվարի 1-ից ֆիզիկական անձինք կարող են իրենց հետ ունենալ մինչև 25 կգ քաշով անձնական օգտագործման ուղեբեռ, որի արժեքը չի գերազանցում 500 եվրոն։
Բացի այդ, մեկ այլ գրությամբ հայտնում են, որ արգելվում է ներկրել օգտագործված անվադողեր։
Tert.am-ի թղթակիցը Բավրայի անցակետում մաքսային ծառայողներից հետաքրքրվեց, թե ինչու է արգելվում օգտագործված անվադող բերելը, աշխատակիցները հայտնեցին, որ դա համարվում է թափոն։
Հարցին, թե եթե ֆիզիկական անձը համարվում է օտարերկրացի և իր երկրում ձմեռային անվադողեր է գնել սեփական մեքենայի համար, ապա ինչ անի փոխված ամառային անվադողերը, մաքսային տեսուչները պատասխանեցին. «Չի թույլատրվում, օգտագործվածն արգելվում է, պիտի մեքենայի վրա ամրակցված լինի»։
Ինչ վերաբերում է ուղեբեռի քաշի կրկնակի կրճատմանը, սահմանային անցակետում դա նորություն էր Հայաստան ուղևորվող քաղաքացիների համար. «Ռուսաստանից Վրաստանի տարածքով գալիս եմ, ասում են՝ պիտի մաքսազերծես, գերազանցում է 25 կգ-ն։ Ես ոչինչ չունեմ վաճառքիի ենթակա, բայց 25 կգ-ից ավելի է ուղեբեռս»։
Ուսանողներ տեղափոխող մեքենայի վարորդն էլ, որն արդեն բազմաթիվ դժգոհություններ է լսել, ավելի վաղ Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնել էր, որ օրենքը, միևնույն է, չի աշխատելու:
«Ուսանողը Նոր տարի օրով տնից գնում է ՀՀ սովորելու, իր շորերը 25 կգ է, մի քիչ ուտելիք չտանի՞։ Ինչո՞ւ են բոլոր սահմանափակումները վերաբերում Ջավախքի ժողովրդին, մեզնով են փող աշխատելո՞ւ, մարդ են ման գալիս փող վերցնեն, է թող սահմանափակեն, առանց դրա էլ մարդ չի գալիս ՀՀ»,- ասաց Նարեկ Գ.-ն։
Անցակետում գտնվող այլ քաղաքացիներ ևս հայտնեցին, որ նախ տեղյակ չեն, հետո էլ միևնույն է՝ դրանից տուժելու են ջավախահայերը։
Մաքսային անցակետում հայտնեցին, որ 25 կգ-ից ավելի ապրանքը ենթակա է մաքսազերծման, արժեքը պայմանավորված է ապրանքով։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ ՊԵԿ-ն իրազեկել էր, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի որոշմամբ 2019 թ. հունվարի 1-ից փոխվելու են առանց մաքսային վճարների ներմուծվող անձնական օգտագործման ապրանքերի արժեքային և բնաիրային չափերը:
2019 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից առանց մաքսատուրքերի ու հարկերի վճարման ներմուծվող ապրանքների արժեքային չափը կրճատվելու է 3 անգամ, իսկ կշիռը՝ 2 անգամ:
