ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի ֆորումում պատասխանել է Ուկրաինայի կոնֆլիկտին վերաբերող հարցին, հայտնում է lifenews.ru-ն:
«Մենք միշտ խոսում ենք մերթ Ուկրաինայի, մերթ Իրաքի ճգնաժամի ու մյուս երկրների ճգնաժամերի մասին: Մենք միշտ խոսում ենք, թե ինչ է տեղի ունեցել, սակայն երբեք չենք խոսում՝ ինչու է դա տեղի ունեցել: Ինչո՞ւ մենք եկանք Ուկրաինայում ճգնաժամի: Ես խորապես համոզված եմ, որ այն բանից հետո, ինչ դադարեց գործել միաբևեռ համաշխարհային համակարգը, քանդվեց ԽՍՀՄ-ը, մեր գործընկերները, առաջին հերթին՝ ԱՄՆ-ը, հայտնվեցին էյֆորիայի մեջ, ու փոխարենը՝ կառուցելու բարիդրացիական ու գործընկերային հարաբերություններ, սկսեցին յուրացնել նոր, ազատ, ինչպես իրենց էր թվում՝ աշխարհաքաղաքական տիրույթներ»,- ասել է Պուտինը:
ՌԴ նախագահի խոսքով՝ «գործընկերների» մոտ այնպիսի տպավորություն էր, որ առաջացել է վակուում, որը հարկավոր է լցնել:
«Ահա այդպես ստացանք Իրաքը: Մենք պատճառներից առաջինը չենք, ինչ ստացանք Ուկրաինայում: Հարկավոր չէր աջակցել Ուկրաինայում հակասահմանադրական հեղաշրջմանը»,- ասել է Պուտինը:
Բացի այդ, նա հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ գործողությունները Հակահրթիռային համակարգերի մասին պայմանագրից դուրս գալով՝ կարող են հարուցել Սառը պատերազմ ու սպառազինությունների մրցավազք:
«Սառը պատերազմի հանգեցնում են ոչ թե լոկալ կոնֆլիկտները, այլ գլոբալ որոշումները: Օրինակ՝ Միացյալ Նահանգների միակողմանի կերպով դուրս գալը հակահրթիռային պաշտպանության մասին պայմանագրից»,- ասել է Պուտինը:
