INTERNATIONAL NEWSՏուլայում 2015թ. նոյեմբերին հայկական ավտոբուսի վթարի գործով 4,5 տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտված հայ վարորդ Գառնիկ Հարությունյանն արդեն Հայաստանում է։ NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում Գառնիկ Հարությունյանի պաշտպաններից Ռուբեն Կիրակոսյանը հայտնեց, որ նրա պատիժը փոխարինվել է տուգանքով։ «Վճարել ենք տուգանքն ու Գառնիկ Հարությունյանն արդեն ազատության մեջ է։ Նա վերադարձել է Հայաստան»,– ասաց պաշտպանը։ Նշենք, որ հայ վարորդը 3 տարի է՝ կալանքի տակ էր Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում:
Հիշեցնենք, որ վթարը Տուլայի մարզի Մ-4 մայրուղում տեղի էր ունեցել 2015թ. նոյեմբերի 3-ին: Ավտոբուսում կար ավելի քան 60 մարդ, բոլորը Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներ: Վթարի հետեւանքով զոհվել է 9 մարդ, տուժել՝ 46-ը, որոնցից 32-ը հոսպիտալացվել է: Վարորդի դեմ քրեական գործ էր հարուցվել «ճանապարհային երթեւեկության կանոնները խախտելը, որն անզգուշաբար հանգեցրել է երկու եւ ավելի մարդկանց մահվան» հոդվածով: Առաջին ատյանի որոշմամբ նա դատապարտվել էր 4.5 տարվա ազատազրկման:
