եկտեմբերի 25-ին Մալաթիայի բաժնի ոստիկանները, բռնի ուժ կիրառելով, բնակարանից հանել են 3 անչափահաս երեխաների միայնակ մայր Ռուզաննա Պողոսյանին եւ նրա 3 երեխաներին: 
«Ամսի 25-ին ոստիկանները մեր տուն եկան, երբ դեռ քնած էինք, մեծ աղջիկս գնացել էր հաց գնելու, դուռը որ թակեցին, ես մտածեցի աղջիկս է, էդպես խալաթով դուռը բացել եմ: Մեր թաղային ոստիկանն էր, նրա հետ մի ոստիկան աղջիկ: Նրանք մտնում են ներս ու ինձ ասում, որ շուտափույթ պետք է բնակարանը լքեմ: Ես ինձ կորցնում եմ, սկսում եմ բացատրել, որ Նոր տարվան եմ պատրաստվում իմ երեխաների հետ: Ոչ մի բացատրություն նրանք չեն ընդունում, ինձ, երեխաներիս սավաններով քաշքշելով, վնասվածքներ պատճառելով՝ շպրտում են բնակարանից, չեն թողնում գոնե մի հագուստ կամ փաստաթուղթ վերցնենք: Ոստիկանները դուռը կողպում են ու գնում են, մեզ էլ հարեւաններն են իրենց տուն տանում, մինչեւ բարեկամների գալը»,- պատմեց կինը:
Ռուզաննան ասաց, որ բնակարանը բանկի հետ կապված խնդիրների պատճառով վաճառվել է, սակայն ինքը բողոքարկել է որոշումը, դատարանը վարույթ է ընդունել գործով:
«Ես վերջապես սպասում եմ մի լուծման, որ ես հասկանամ իմ հաջորդ քայլը, եւ ես չէի էլ պատկերացնում, թե ինչպես կարող էին ոստիկանները այդպես վարվել մարդու, կնոջ եւ երեխաների նկատմամբ»,- ասաց Ռուզաննան՝ նշելով, որ ինքը հիմա անորոշ վիճակում է, բարեկամների տանն է գտնվում երեխաների հետ:
Դեպքից երկու օր առաջ Ռուզաննա Պողոսյանը դիմել էր ոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանին եւ խնդրել, որ ժամանակ տան՝ բնակարանից դուրս գալու համար, սակայն ոստիկաններն ամեն դեպքում մտել են տուն, վտարել նրանց՝ Ռուզաննայի նկատմամբ բռնություն կիրառելով:
Ռուզաննա Պողոսյանի փաստաբան Սարգիս Խաչատրյանն էլ մեզ հետ զրույցում պատմեց, որ ոստիկանությունը չի ցանկացել դատաբշկական փորձաքննություն անցկացնել` աքհեստական խոչընդոտներ ստեղծելով իրենց համար, իրենք դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունը մասնավոր հիվանդանոցում են արել, քանի որ տոներից հետո վնասվածքներն այլեւս հնարավոր չէր լինի ֆիքսել:
Սարգիս Խաչատրյանը նշեց, որ գործի հնչեղություն ստանալուց հետո դատախազությունը հայտնել է, որ դեկտեմբերի 27-ին ստացել է հետաքննության նյութերը, սակայն իրեն այդ նյութերը տրամադրել են դեկտեմբերի 29-ին, ինչը վկայում է իրավական մարմինների հակասական գործողությունների մասին: 
«Ամեն դեպքում ես հավատում եմ մեր ոստիկանապետին եւ ոստիկանությանը, կարծում եմ՝ սա ցածր օղակների կողմից թույլ տրված սխալ է, որը չէր թույլատրվի վերին օղակների իմացության դեպքում»,- ասաց փաստաբանը:
