Մոսկվան պատասխան միջոցառումներ կիրականացնի Եվրոպայում ամերիկյան հրթիռների տեղակայման հետ կապված. Լավրով
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՄոսկվան ափսոսանք է հայտնում, որ եվրոպական երկրները մերժել են սատարել Միջին եւ փոքր հեռավորության հրթիռների ոչնչացման մասին պայմանագրի (ՄՓՀՀՈՊ) պահպանումը եւ պատասխան միջոցառումներ կիրականացնի Եվրոպայում ամերիկյան հրթիռների տեղակայման հետ կապված, որոնք պայմանագրով արգելված են, հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, հաղորդում է Ինտերֆաքս-ը:
«Ցավոք, մեր եվրոպական գործընկերները, որոնց ինքնուրույնությունը մենք կցանկանայինք տեսնել նրանց գործողություններում, դեռեւս դրան պատրաստ չեն եւ հետեւում են ԱՄՆ-ին նույնիսկ այն դեպքերում, երբ դա ակնհայտորեն հակասում է իրենց շահերին»,-ասել է նա:
«Օրինակ է ռուսական բանաձեւի քվեարկությունն՝ ի աջակցություն Միջին եւ փոքր հեռավորության հրթիռների ոչնչացման մասին պայմանագրի պահպանմանը (ՄՓՀՀՈՊ): Ամենից շատ անհանգստությունները ԱՄՆ-ի՝ այս Պայմանագրից միակողմանիորեն դուրս գալու որոշման հետ կապված մենք լսել ենք Եվրոպայում: Սակայն ամբողջ Եվրոպական Միությունը դեմ է քվեարկել մեր առաջարկին, որպեսզի, ըստ էության, ՄՓՀՀՈՊ–ն դադարեցվի եւ Եվրոպային կրկին սպառնա ամերիկյան հրթիռների տեղակայումը, ինչն արգելված էր այս պայմանագրով»,-նշել է նախարարը: «Հաջորդ քայլերը, իհարկե, կլինեն Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության պատասխան գործողությունները»,-շեշտել է Լավրովը:
Ընդ որում, ԱԳ նախարարը նշել է, որ «դա մեր ընտրությունը չէ, սակայն երեւի չեն կարող չհասկանալ ԵՄ-ի մայրաքաղաքներում հենց եվրոպացիների անվտանգության սպառնալիքները»:
«Այդ իսկ պատճառով ոչ մի կերպ հնարավոր չէ բացատրել նրանց քվեարկությունը մեր առաջարկի դեմ, բացի կեղծ ընկալված համերաշխությունից»:
