ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Ամանորի և Սուրբ Ծննդյան տոների առթիվ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից, շնորհավորական ուղերձում մասնավորապես ասվում է.

«Ոստիկանության կոլեգիայի և իմ անունից Ամանորի և Սուրբ Ծննդյան տոների առթիվ շնորհավորում եմ ոստիկանության անձնակազմին, վետերաններին, նրանց ընտանիքներին ու հարազատներին: 
2018-ը սովորական տարի չէր, և բեկումնային փուլեր անցնելով՝ ոստիկանության համակարգն իր ծառայությամբ վերահաստատեց, որ պետականության ամուր հիմնասյուներից է, օրինապահության երաշխավոր, հասարակական կարգի, հանրային անվտանգության ու քաղաքացու իրավունքների պահապան:

Այսօր ոստիկանությունը կոռուպցիայի, ապօրինության, անարդարության դեմ պայքարի առաջնագծում է և հաստատագրում է օրենքի առաջ բոլորի հավասարության սկզբունքի գերակայությունը, հավատարմությունն իր կոչմանը, օրինականության հանդեպ քաղաքացու իրավունքն ու հավատը:

Այսօր ոստիկանության զորքերը մարտական հերթապահություն են իրականացնում պետական սահմանին՝ հասարակության անդորրի պահպանումը զուգորդելով երկիրն արտաքին ոտնձգություններից պաշտպանելու սրբազան առաքելությանը:

Այսօր աննախադեպ ամուր է հասարակություն-ոստիկանություն կապը, ինչը ոստիկանության հանդեպ հանրային վստահության լավագույն ցուցիչն է և արտահայտվում է ոչ միայն ոստիկանություն դիմողների հսկայական թվով, այլև իրավապահ մարմնին ցուցաբերվող ամենօրյա քաղաքացիական աջակցությամբ:
Կարող ենք փաստել, որ ոստիկանությունը պատվով բռնեց ժամանակի քննությունը և մյուս իրավապահ կառույցների հետ սերտ համագործակցությամբ շարունակում է լիարժեք իրականացնել օրենքով իրեն վերապահված լիազորությունները, որոնք ընկալում ու գնահատում ենք որպես հանրային պատվիրան ու քաղաքացու պահանջ:Ոստ

իկանությունը գործունեության այլ ուղի ունենալ չի կարող, և այսօր ու վաղն էլ մեր գերխնդիրն է՝ հասարակական կարգի պահպանում, պայքար հանցավորության դեմ, ոստիկանության ողջ համակարգի, հատկապես հասարակությանը ծառայություն մատուցող ստորաբաժանումների աշխատանքի կատարելագործում, հասարակության հետ կապի ամրապնդում, նվիրյալ ծառայություն պետությանն ու ժողովրդին:
Անցնող տարում արդեն հաստատել ենք, որ կարողանում ենք արդյունավետ գործել բոլոր պայմաններում, իսկ 2019-ը պետք է լինի շարունակական ինքնակատարելագործման, ծառայության հետագա բարեփոխման, հասարակության սպասումների լիարժեք իրագործման տարի:
